You had been in a middle of a childish prank war with Billie. You know. Like scare pranks or flour in your hairdryer. Stupid little things. Billie decided to take it a little too far.

You had to run a few errands. Billie decided to prank you pretending she was cheating on you. "Wanna come with me?" You asked. She shook her head. "I have to finish a song." She said. "Okay. I'll be back soon." You said kissing her softly. She waited for you to leave and she got to work. She made a hickey on her neck out of makeup. She bought cheap perfume and sprayed herself lightly. She sprayed the couch lightly. She had a fake phone and texted herself on. "This is too far." She thought. "Well it's too late to back out."

You were gone longer than you thought which helped Billie make it a little more believable. She was scared you wouldn't forgive her. You unlocked the door. "Billie?" You called out. "Bedroom." She said. You walked into the room. "I got you ice Cream." You said. She smiled. "Thanks baby." she said. You kissed her. "Is that new perfume?" You asked. "Oh yeah. Do you like it?" She asked. "Not really." You laughed. She laughed as you straddled her lap. "Did you finish your song?" She asked. "Not entirely. I'm waiting on Finneas to help." She said. You hummed and kissed her and sat next to her. She got up and went to the bathroom. She pulled out the fake phone and texted her phone. You both heard her phone ding. "Can you see what Finneas said?" Billie asked. "She's gonna hate me." You grabbed her phone but what you saw made you stop in your tracks. "What he say?" She asked walking back to the bed. "You're kidding me?" You said. "What?" She asked confused. "We're over." You said. "What are you talking about. Y/n." She said chasing you. You were fuming. Upset. "How could you? I thought you loved me!" You said sobbing. "Do what? Y/n?!" She said. "Look at your phone dumbass!" You said. She looked at the message. "I can explain!" Billie said. "You're cheating on me? For how long?" You asked. "I'm not cheating!" She said. "Oh come on." You said. "I missed your touch. Let's do it again sometime!" You repeated. "This has to be a wrong number!" She said. She moved her hair and you saw the hickey. "Nice hickey!" You said. "The one you gave me?" She said. The hurt on your face almost broke her. "Really? I don't give you hickeys on your neck." You said. Billie stood there. "If you didn't want to be with me why didn't you break up with me? Instead you-you-" you broken down in tears. You grabbed your keys. "I'll be back to get my stuff." You said. Billie grabbed your arm. "Baby! I'm sorry! It's a prank! I'm so sorry. This got way out of hand." She said. You looked at her. "See it's fake." She said rubbing the makeup. "The texts were off a fake phone. Y/n I love you. I'm sorry. I thought I'd get you back." She said. You scoffed. "Unbelievable. You thought this was a good idea?" You asked. You walked out and got into your car and drove away as Billie ran after you. You drove to Finneas's house. He met you at the door. "Hello." He said letting you in.

"I get that your mad and it was a shitty prank but come on. It's kinda funny that she pulled it off." He laughed. "Yeah it is." You smiled. "You're gonna forgive her?" He asked. "Yeah. I just need to get out of there before I said something I'd regret." You said standing up. "Well come visit when you aren't mad!" He yelled. "Bye!" You yelled.

You walked back into your apartment. "Billie?" You called out. You saw rose petals leading to your bedroom. You shook your head in disbelief. "Wow." You said yourself laughing a little. You followed the path to see Billie sitting on the bed. "I'm so sorry for thinking that it was a good idea." She said. You walked over to her. "Kinda funny you pulled it off though." You said kissing her. "You're not mad anymore?" She asked. "I love you too much to be mad. Just don't do that shit again!" You laughed. She smiled. "Truce?" She asked. "Sure. Truce." You said. "I'll make it up to you." She said. "Oh yeah? How?" You asked straddling her lap. "Maybe start with a dinner and a nice moonlit walk and see where the night takes us." She also. You smiled. "Hmm. That's a nice start." You said. Billie smirked. "I love you." She said kissing your softly. "I love you too. Please go shower that smelly perfume off." You said standing up. "Come join me?" She asked. You smiled and followed her.

The pranks didn't end there. There were plenty of revenge pranks.
