~Chapter Twenty-nine~

(3rd April 2011)

I sighed before putting on my shirt which was yellow and white.

I looked like an egg.

Anyways, I put it on and stared at myself in the mirror.

It's my 13th birthday today.

Wow, we're already becoming teens...?

I went downstairs and and saw Eomma and Appa putting the last finishing touches to the decorations of the house.

"Oh, you look so handsome, Seonghwa!!" Eomma said as she looked at me.

I scratched the back of my neck and forced a smile.

"Brush your hair, then you'll look even more handsome." Appa said before putting his attention back to the decorations.

My first guests were Sannie and Wooyoung.

"Happy birthday, hyung!!" They said as they both hugged me.

"Thanks, you two. Come in!" I said, bringing them inside the house.

"Here, hyung!" Woo said as he handed me a bag, probably with my presents.

"Wow, I wonder what it could be..." I said as I slightly shook the bag.

"You'll see when you open it, hyung!" Sannie said.

Then the doorbell rang again. This time, it was Yunho, Jongho and Sangie.

"Happy birthday, hyung!" They said as Yunho handed me another bag.

"Thank you!" I said before taking the bag and placing it on the table.

"Now only Noona, Hongjoongie hyung and MinMin are left." Jongho stated.

After a few minutes, the doorbell rang.

Please say it was the 3 we were waiting for...

"Oh! It's Mingi, Hongjoong and Y/N!" Appa said as he opened the door.

Looks like my wish was granted!

"Yay! You guys are finally here!!" Sannie got up from his seat on the floor and ran towards them.

"I'll put the presents on the table." I said as I took the presents and put them on the table.

"Happy birthday, Seongie!" N/N said.

"Thanks!" I smiled at her.

"Since everyone is here, shouldn't we play a game?"
Jongho asked.

"Like what? Whoever breaks the most apples is the winner?" Sangie retorted.

"Never! Let's play pass the pillow!!" Woo shouted.

"Pass the pillow? What will the winner get?" N/N asked.

"I don't know..." Wooyoung pouted.

"Let's play musical chairs then!!" Yunho said.

"Yeah, either you or Mingi will win since you two are getting so tall..." Joong sighed.

"Then what should we do...?" I asked.

"No idea..." Mingi said.

"Musical statues...?" Yunho suggested.

"Yeah, now that's more like it!!" Sannie smiled.

So, we played 5 rounds of musical statues. N/N won once, I won twice and Sangie won 3 times...

Then it was time for the cake!!

Eomma and Appa came in with the cake as we all sang Happy Birthday.
