     (Y/N) POV

I yawned as I tried to further push myself into the uncomfortable train seats.

"Do you really need to sleep again? You just woke up."Ari glanced over at me.

"As long as I'm able to run, everything's fine right?" I glare at him, just wanting to shut my eyes. "Plus we run after the guys, so I have some time to wake myself up."

"You better be ready, Cap. We're running against Saisei today so it won't be an easy match." Emiko was in the seat on the other side of the aisle. She was always the most serious before a match, which was great to intimidate the other team.

"I guess so. All the more reason to get the most amount of rest I can." I said as I leaned my head onto Ari's shoulder. I felt him sigh.

The train ride took about 45 minutes until we arrived at the competition spot. A gust of wind seemed to blast by me as I walked into the venue. The sun was bright but there was a light breeze: it was perfect running weather. I could feel the wind today.

I shook my head, trying not to think of the quiet upperclassman. I needed my sole focus to be on today's race.

"Heath, (Y/N), do you both have your running orders and rosters? I'll go submit them right now." Mr. Dan looked at both of us captains expectantly and we both handed him the sheet of paper that he was asking for.

"Whoa, isn't that the Phantom?" I heard a voice whisper to one of his friends and I guess Riku heard as well.

"A ghost, where?" Riku was looking around with fear in his eyes.

"It has to be. I mean the jacket says, Honan." His friend whispered back. These guys are terrible at whispering.

"I can't believe that nickname actually caught on." I sighed as people started staring in our direction. The guys' loud whispering caught the attention of anyone who was close enough. Now everybody was staring at us. Staring at me.

"Calm down Riku, there's no ghost. The Phantom that they're talking about is right next to you." When Heath said this, Riku immediately turned and looked at me.

"What do you mean?" Riku was clearly still very confused.

"You see, when (Y/N) first appeared on the stride scene, she took the world by storm. She was probably one of the most talented runners that the world had ever seen." Ari tried to explain, insulting me in the process.

     I punched his arm. "Was?!?"

"Ow! Fine, is. The whole Phantom name came from the fact that one second she would be behind and the next she would be far ahead. The other runner couldn't see where she was so it looked like she appeared and disappeared, deeming the name the Phantom. Nobody believed that such a runner could exist, which is why she's getting so much attention." Ari finished explaining and Riku and Takeru both looked at me, amazed.

"Wait, (Y/N), you're the Phantom?!?" Nana looked very surprised.

"Yup, have you heard of me?" I asked her, trying to find out why she looked surprised.

"Yeah, you're pretty famous but I thought that the Phantom was a guy." Nana rubbed the back of her head in embarrassment.

"Don't worry about it but I guess word has spread about me, huh?" I stared at the sky, pondering my newfound fame.

"Anyways, we should make our way to the waiting area," I said to everybody so we made our way through the crowd.

In the distance, Galaxy Standard was performing a song, as was expected of them. We just continued to walk towards our waiting room.
