"Whatcha think?!" I laugh while taking Sab's hand. She gasps and spins around with her arms extended like she is hugging the whole room at once.

"It's perfect!! There is a fridge, a couch, even a bed!" She giggles and falls back into the raggedy cushions of the couch, satisfied with its fading colors.

"Thank you, Dea," She jumps up and gives me a tight hug. I don't think I've ever seen Sab this happy, smiles were hard to come by with her.

"Don't mention it! I can't think of a better roommate." I smile back at her and start laughing. It's so funny to see Sab hyper like this.

"Well, let's get your stuff inside!" I open the front door for Sab and she practically flys out. As I follow after her I notice the small path towards the storm drain completely full of saltwater. Like there had been a massive flood or something. Sab notices it too and kneels by the overflowing side of the road. I just watch in total confusion as she brings her face closer and whispers into it. Sab then backs up and watches contently at the stream of water. Without warning a full-blown wave of ocean water storms down the street carrying her luggage. The sudden flash flood caused total havoc. a street light fell, a mailbox was dented somehow, and the street was completely covered. Yet Sab stood there smiling excitedly, totally unfazed. I'm going to be honest, sometimes that girl scares me. The ocean carries her baggage down on the side of the road carefully before retreating out of sight. I look at Sab and she looks back at me.

"Umm... How did you?..." I pause, thinking over what just happened "Nevermind. Forget I asked."

Oceans favorite indeed.

**Less than 20 minutes later**

"You are officially moved in!" I laugh and sit by Sab who is in her new bedroom. The walls in her room are yellow (Intentionally, I hope) with a single-window on the left side of her bed. She had stuffed her books around the room, lining them up on the wall. Other than that she had barely anything, maybe only about five outfits to choose from.

"Thank you for helping me. I hope it wasn't any trouble." She smiles down at the sheets of her bed shyly.

"Not at all-girl, It's my pleasure." I wink at her and she ducks her head, pretending to be straightening her bedsheets.

"Whats up bitches!" I hear Nene yelling up from the first floor. I jumped and hurried to the bedroom door. I hadn't even told Nene where we lived yet, and the door had been locked.

She runs up the stairs, swings open the door, and cannonballs into the bed.

"Get it? Beach? Cuz like we're sirens?" She laughs at her own joke before looking up to find Sab expressionless. She had dyed her hair since the last time I saw her. The ends of her hair now a stunning aqua. I forgot about the argument they had at the beach until then,

"Oh." Nene glances away from Sab and takes in the room, frowning. I watched her closely noticing the way she swayed and her over the top mood. I didn't know much about drugs, but she clearly had taken something before coming.

"What the hell did you take before coming here?" I scolded grabbing Nene's wrist before she could open up the window, I didn't trust her like this. You never knew what was going through their mind when she was on something.

Nene shrugged and twirled around the room, completely in her own world. Sab sighed and turned towards the window, gazing off towards the ocean.

"Nenavist stop twirling and sit down before you fall over," I reached forward and grabbed her wrist. Tugging her down to the bed, where she swayed and glazed off.

"Have you ever thought about how pretty pancakes are with their syrup, and how good they taste. I wonder if a pancake feels naked before putting on syrup." She tilted her head staring intently at the yellow-painted wall, chuckling. "How embarrassing!"

"God, she's off-kilter, we should just tie her down to a chair before she hurts herself," I muttered. Sab shook her head, then she stood up and left the room. Leaving me alone with the clearly drugged Nene.

"Good luck," I heard her say as she walked down the stairs. I glowered at the door but quickly put my attention back on Nene. She was now reaching for one of Sabs books, her movements slow. Nene grabbed the book and started to inspect the pages like she was trying to solve a riddle.

"Why do they put words on these things, I always preferred pictures." She tossed it over her shoulder and the book thwacked against the bedside table. I flinch knowing that Sab wouldn't like that, so before she could reach for another I swatted her hand away from the pile of books.

"I don't know if I prefer the angry drunk Nene or the stupid drugged Nene." I shook my head, and Nene continued to chuckle to herself.
