Chapter 19

Will lets out a deep sigh as he throws his walkie talkie on the bed. He actually hoped he was going to spend the afternoon with Mike. But no, he was wrong.
Now what was he going to do now? He really isn't in the mood to draw something.

"Maybe I should go to the mall and hang out with Robin a bit?" He thinks, but he quickly changes his mind.
"I would only distract her from her work and I don't want her to get fired" he tells himself.

The boy sighs again and falls back on his bed. He then closes his eyes and tries to focus his thoughts on something else. Something different from Mike...
That doesn't last long. He gets interrupted in thought by a familiar voice. Well, familiar voices.

"Will? Lucas? Over"

- "Yes? What is it? Over"

"I'm bored, what about you over?"

- "I am spending my time useful, by working and gaining some extra money... over"

Yep, those are obviously Dustin and Lucas talking. Will decides to hop into the conversation.

"Hi guys! Over"

"Will hiiii!" Dustin greets, "please say that you aren't busy over"

"Well-" Will starts.

"Let's all hang out at the mall over!" Dustin exclaims.

- "Again? Aren't you done with always going at that place. It's not that superior you know" Lucas replies.

"There's still a bunch of shops we have never entered, over!" Dustin reports.

- "Like?" the other boy questions.

"Well ehh, you know that.. one shop that eh is ehmm.." the curly boy stammers.

- "Don't lie Dustin, I know it's just so you can talk to Suziepoo" Lucas says imatating the way his friend calls his girlfriend.

"Shut up Lucas, you don't have to come you know. Will and I can have an awesome afternoon together without you, right Byers?"

"Yeah well..." he starts not sure how to end his sentance. Because he is in fact not that much in the mood to hang out with his friends. He actually isn't in the mood to do anything.                
Since Mike said he couldn't hang out with him, his day was already ruined.

I- uhm... I rather just stay here... sorry" he almost whispers.

"What? Why? Please we haven't seen each other since the fair!" Dustin wails.

"Yeah, but..."

- "Hey I'll come too! I understand that you don't want to be stuck with Dustin all alone" Lucas chuckels.

"Haha Lucas very funny" the other answers sarcasticly.

Will laughs too and realizes the day still can end fun if he hangs out with his friends. They will keep his mind off Mike, and joke around as usual.

"Well in that case, yes" Will giggles.

"Wait what?" Dustin say indignantly.

- "Good one Will!" Lucas says, "But what about Mike?"

"Don't try to call him, he isn't home" Dustin answers directly.

"What?" Will asks.

"Before I called you guys on this channel, I tried to call Mike. You know he's most of the time on a different one for some reason and he didn't answer." He explains.

"That's weird, because I just talked to him like 5 minutes ago" Will says.

"Well, I think I called him right after and no answer. I bet he's somewhere around with Eleve-"
