A different Naruto than the one you know

Chapter 1

Third pov:

        Ever since father left us we have been chased after, blamed for things we never did, tormented, hunted and sealed away. Used for power and nothing more never thought of as thinking beings or ones to have feelings and emotions. Just a continuous cycle of pain. When this first started happening we thought it would be best to stay away from each other to keep the others safe, but that was a lie we just didn't know it at the time. It's been centuries now since we were last all together that none of us know where the other is at all...

Unknown pov:

          "We did it!" A male excitedly said. "We finally captured it! We'll be the most powerful village out of all the nations!" A grunt came from beside the man as they walked down the quiet sterile halls of their medical center. They turned and walked down a few flights of stairs through a set of double doors to a lab of sorts. In the room were multiple doctors and nurses as well as non medical personnel such as some ninja, the Uzukage and the best seal masters the village had.

        In the center of the room was a sickly looking girl, her red hair dull and stringy and a machine was breathing for her. Next to her were some nurses checking her vital signs and making sure she wouldn't just up and die before the test could begin. Behind her was a large box with chakra chains wrapped around it with four seal masters to hold the sign to keep it closed.

        "Now that everyone is here lets begin." Came the monotone voice of the Uzukage. The doctors all started getting their gear on and the girl on the table weakly turned her head to the nurse next to her and with nothing more than a whisper asked. "Do my parents know about this test? Does my sister know?" Before the nurse could reply the Kage spoke. "No. There's no need to have them worry and make a big fuss over nothing." Came his rough uncaring answer. The girl strapped to the table had tears streaming down her face in silent sorrow. Even if she was dying from a disease she still wanted to tell her family goodbye and that she loved them one last time. She closed her eyes and waited for the feeling of being put under but it never came. She did however feel the cold air of the room hit her stomach and opened her eyes to see the seal masters begin drawing something on her midsection but she couldn't figure out what it was.

      Finally after what felt like hours they were done drawing on her and sat their brushes and ink down then she heard something heavy behind her being moved forward. Then she heard what sounded like chains falling off of the heavy thing. The Seal Masters around her quickly began doing hand signs and muttering something under their breath. Pain, intense and incredible pain pulsated from whatever they had drawn on her stomach. The pain was so great that she passed out a few moments later.

     She blinked her eyes open because right after she closed her eyes it felt like she hit the ground. She slowly and painfully got to her knees and lifted her head to look around. The place she was in looked like a cave and the rough stone under her knees just confirmed it for her, but she couldn't understand why it was so dark. Slowly she turned around to see what she could when a voice came out from the dark.

      "I'm sorry." The voice was soft and calming to the girl. Curious she tilted her head to the side toward where the voice had come from. "Why are you sorry I don't think I've ever met you before?" Her voice was rough for screaming in pain.

      What sounded like paws padded forward and the girl took in the sight of where the voice had come from. A large snow leopard with eleven tails approached her with sad eyes, its head hung in defeat and ears pinned back towards its head. The girl was awed by the creature's beauty and impressive size.

      "I am sorry because if those awful people had not captured me then I would not be being forced inside someone who even I can tell wont make it through the sealing." It's voice was heavy with sorrow for the girl in front of it. The girl shrugged.

      "I was already dying, I guess it'll just be sooner than I thought now." The girl smiled at the creature with kind eyes and patted the spot beside her. The beast slowly approached and sat beside her.

      "I wish I could lessen the pain for you, but I do not know how." The beast huffed in annoyance. The girl giggled "It's okay, my name is Mayumi. What's yours?"

      The creature stared down at the girl and a smile crossed it's face "I do not remember my name. It has been so long since someone has asked."

      The girl crossed her arms with a pout. "Well then. You can take mine! If what I think will happen is going to happen then I would like you to take it." She said with absolute conviction. The creature starred for a moment then slowly nodded and the girl sprung up from her seat and hugged its leg.

      "Is there anyone you would like to talk to before you go Mayumi?" The creature asked in a caring mother voice.

      "Well I would like to tell my imouto I love her one last time." Mayumi said with a distant look on her face the beast nodded and stood up.

Unknown pov:

      Kushina Uzumaki was sitting in the park alone, sad because the nurses said she couldn't visit her ane today. Which she thought was dumb because they told her she could visit yesterday. So Kushina sat there wondering what could have happened that made them change their minds. Suddenly she was clutching her head in pain and suddenly she found herself in a cave and not in the park like she was a second ago.

      "Imouto!" A very familiar voice called and before she could even turn around she was wrapped in arms that she never thought could hug her again.

      "Ane?" Kushina hesitantly asked "Is It really you?" Her voice quivered as tears sprung to her eyes as she finally turned around and saw her ane up and hugging her. Mayumi gave a soft wet laugh as she cried happy tears and nodded to her Imouto.

      "Yes imouto it's really me but I don't have much time left and my new friend who is going to take my name and my place as your ane was able to let me see you before I leave." Mayumi cupped her imouto's cheek in her hand while the little girl just looked confused. After a minute Mayumi turned around and let Kushina see who she was talking about. Kushina's eyes went wide as she looked upon the large creature behind her ane but didn't say anything because her sister had started to talk.

      "This is my imouto, Kushina Uzumaki. Thank you for letting me see her one last time." Mayumi said with a small bow to the beast and slowly started to fade.

      Kushina didn't understand what was happening to her ane and like any normal person started to freak out crying for her not to go pleading for the beast to do something, but the beast could only shake it's head with its own tears streaming down its face as it began to comfort the little girl who cried and screamed and cried some more.
