A different Naruto than the one you know

Chapter 6

Naruto's Pov:

      It had taken Haha a few days to get better and she never told me what they did. But whenever her team saw her they would cry because they felt it was their fault for not protecting their Tousan. Of course every time this happened Haha would smile all motherly and give them a big group hug. She told them each and every time it wasn't their fault because she had ordered them to protect me at all costs.

      Utukata, Roshi and Han also felt extremely upset and guilty about what had happened that they also shed a few tears when Haha was around. But she hugged them too and reassured them that it wasn't their fault. Haha and the hokage had ordered them to stay out of the village when the 'fox hunt' began, knowing my brothers would go after every single villager that had hurt our mother.

      Even though I was starting the academy a bit later than the other kids I didn't really mind. Haha woke me up early and we did our daily exercise routine, which was six laps around the village, two sets of 50 push ups for me and 200 for Haha, two sets of 50 sit ups for me and 200 for Haha, then a small spar to keep each other on our toes. After this we went home and had breakfast then a quick bath and got dressed.

      I was excited as Haha walked me to the academy as we walked there, people stared at Haha because she was really pretty in her elegant black floor length kimono with silvery patterns on it. Some of her super white silvery hair was pulled back but the rest was down and it reached to the back of her knees now. I remember asking Haha if her hair ever got in the way when she was on missions and she told me that she would put her hair into long pleated braids so that she could make sure, she could keep her hair out of fights.

      Haha and I were still glared at as we walked but Haha ignored them and only smiled at me while I stuck my tongue out at them childishly. Now at the academy the hokage met with us and showed us to my class. The hokage knocked and the class went quiet as the door opened and he stepped inside with Haha following him. I stayed behind for a second to smugly smirk at the gasps I heard from my soon-to-be classmates as they took in my Haha. When Haha asked me to stand beside her I immediately bounced all the way there as what we decided my new 'self' would act like. I saw the looks on my classmates' faces as they continued to stare at Haha. The hokage left and I looked at my teacher and to my surprise I realised Iruka was my teacher! He smirked back at me while slightly tilting his head to the kids in front of us while rolling his eyes. I nodded and contained a laugh that threatened to escape.

      "Ah! You must be Miss. Uzumaki and that young boy next to you must be your son Naruto." Iruka played the part of dumb teacher very well. The kids heard what Iruka said and turned to look at me, then back at Haha, then back to me trying to see just how I could be her son when we looked nothing alike. At least we looked nothing alike when I had my henge on.

      Haha smile and bowed to Iruka "Yes Mr.? I'm sorry but the hokage didn't tell me your name." Iruka made sure to smile then look embarrassed.

      "Ah. I'm Iruka Umino, but just Iruka is fine." Iruka bowed back. Haha turned to me and placed a hand on my back and guided me forward.

      "Iruka-sama, this is my son Naruto Uzumaki. If he does anything unbecoming of himself please tell me and I will try to get him to stop." Haha finished with one of her brilliant smiles that could make anyone think they were in a genjutsu. Iruka just smiled and nodded.

      "Well Naruto why don't we let your mother go on with her day and then you can introduce yourself?" I looked at Iruka then to Haha. I gave Haha a hug and she kissed the top of my head before looking at the class once more, giving a small bow and gracefully gliding out the academy. I turned back to my class to see they were still stunned by Haha and thought it was the perfect opportunity to start my new personality.

      "My name is Naruto Uzumaki and I'm gonna be hokage! Believe it!" I yelled loudly. I must have shocked everyone with my introduction because now they really couldn't believe that my mother was really my mother.

~~~~~~~~~~~ Four year time skip no jutsu~~~~~

      FINALLY!! The last few days of the last year of the academy! It had been a long four years with the persona I had to keep up with everyday. I was currently painting the hokages faces with Haha to make it faster and we giggled to each other knowing it would give jiji more paperwork. When we finished Haha gave me a highfive and shunshined back to our house.

      I took one last look at our masterpiece before I turned tail and ran away from the chunin that were trying to capture me for painting the hokages faces. I ran away super fast and hid in an alley while concealing my chakra. After a few minutes Iruka jumped down next to me just like we planned and he tied me up and we made our way back to the academy.

      Once at the academy I was placed (still wrapped in rope) in the front of the class and Iruka began telling everyone that because of what I did we would all be going over the henge jutsu. Everyone groaned and complained and said stuff like, way to go Naruto, geeze dobe and my favorite, why are you such an idiot.

      After everyone else did the jutsu it was my turn and I did the hand signs with a little twist and yelled "Sexy no jutsu!" and I became a tall tan naked blond girl. Which Iruka took one look at and 'nosebleed' and 'fainted'.

      "Ugh! Naruto that's it! You will be cleaning up the hokage faces and I will be watching you! Class dismissed!" He shouted.

      While I was cleaning the hokage faces Iruka and I were talking about what I would do after graduation and if I would drop my henge. I told him I would probably drop my henge after I 'pass' the exam and that I wasn't sure if I wanted to join my Haha's team to replace Itachi-nii because he had to kill his clan to stop them from trying to overthrow the hokage or if I wanted to see how my genin team would turn out. Iruka just nodded and seemed happy that I was going to be able to drop my henge because he knew how much I missed looking like Kurama and Haha.

      Soon enough I finished cleaning up my prank and Iruka and I headed to Ichiraku ramen to meet up with Haha for dinner. Haha asked us to meet her there because she would be done with her mission and waiting for us there. When we arrived Haha was already seated next to two bowls of steaming ramen and her anbu mask was to the side of her head. She smiled at us as we took our seats beside her.

      Even in her anbu gear Haha was still super pretty but also extremely intimidating. In the bingo book it had a flee on sight order under her description. I shook at the thought remembering the one or two times Haha had gotten mad at me or my brothers and it was a really scary sight. We ate our ramen and bid each other goodnight and Haha shunshined us to our home.
