"Where's Charmaine?" Hinanap ko na siya sa buong bahay at sa buong kwarto—she was not there. Halos dinig ko na ang kalabog ng puso ko thinking where she might be now—I was dialing her number but it kept ringing.

"E, kanina pa po umalis, sir—nung kakaalis niyo lang po kasama si Miss Clara. Umalis din po siya." Sagot ng katulong. Umalis ako ulit and this time—dialed the police station's number while mag-iikot-ikot ako sa buong syudad, if I had to. Sh*t, Dimitri.. Sh*t!!!
