Spinel: Come on, run away! The warp pad isn't that far away! I'll take care of her!
Pink Pearl: But--
Spinel: Just do it!!
Pink Pearl: O-Okay.
[Pink Pearl runs towards the hallway leading to the exit and the warp pad, but then stops and looks back at Spinel with concern. She decides to stay hidden behind a pillar.]
????????: *flying* I won't let you get away! *charges at Spinel*
Spinel: *smirking* Ha!
[Spinel nimbly dodges the Fusion's attack, her body bending and stretching with ease. She then delivers a strong, wound-up punch into her face, sending her flying into a wall with a resounding crash.]
Pink Pearl: *whispers* Whoa!
[Pink Pearl, blushing and in awe, watches the fight unfold.]
???????: Ahh.
[The fusion groans in pain, stuck in a humanoid-shaped crater on the wall.]
Spinel: Who's the puny Gem now?!
????????: H-How dare you! I-I'll get you for this!
Spinel: Bring it on, bowl-head!
????????: GRRR!! Why, you...!
[The fusion forces herself out of the wall, her eye blazing with fury.]
????????: DON'T PROVOKE ME!!!
[The fusion charges at Spinel again, brandishing her scythe with deadly precision.]
Spinel: ...!
[With agility and quick movements, Spinel easily dodges each of the Fusion's attacks, her body a blur of motion.]
????????: What the--?
Spinel: Hehe!
???????: Oh, no--
[Spinel bounces herself like a spring, her right hand enlarging before she slaps the Fusion into the ground, the impact leaving a dent.]
Spinel: Ha! Take that, bowl-head!
[The Fusion, lying on the ground, groans in pain, semi-conscious.]
???????: Gahh!
Spinel: *turns around* Now then...
[Spinel walks over to Yellow and Blue Pearl's gemstones, picking them up and storing them into her gem.]
Spinel: I'll take care of you guys later. *looks around, frowning* This place isn't safe, I have to escape too--
[Spinel notices Pink Pearl hiding behind a pillar.]
Spinel: What? Really? *runs up to her* What are you doing here?! I told you to run away!
Pink Pearl: I'm sorry, I just-
Spinel: Forget it, no time!
[Spinel grabs Pink Pearl's hand.]
Spinel: Come on, let's go!!
[Spinel runs off with Pink Pearl to the hallway leading to the exit, but stops in her tracks at the sight of the warp pad being guarded by several enemy Gems, while others are approaching.]
Spinel: Dang it!
[Spinel and Pink Pearl then run back towards a pillar to hide behind it.]
Spinel: Let's sneak between the pillars.
