Bluebird: I can't believe she had the audacity to rebel against me, who does that stupid Gem think she is?!
Mean Lapis: *in pain* As far as I know, she has always been an unstable Gem, it was only a matter of time before she got out of hand.
[Mean Lapis says as she stands up and rubs where Lapis punched her.]
Bluebird: Yes.
Mean Lapis: I used to see her as a pitiful Gem, but now she terrifies me.
Bluebird: Grrr! We trained her too well! Now she thinks she's better than me, I won't stand for that! That bitch needs a little dose of humility.
Mean Lapis: *snickers* You're a fine one to talk about humility.
Bluebird: *blushing* Shut the fuck up!
Mean Lapis: Sure, whatever. Look, let's just let that monster take her down a peg or two. No matter how strong she thinks she is, that thing is stronger by far.
Bluebird: Not a bad idea. We might even opt to rejuvenate her again when she's defeated.
Mean Lapis: Are you sure that's a good idea?
Bluebird: If we get it right this time, yes... maybe?
Mean Lapis: If you say so.
Meanwhile...
[Obsidian is seen shielding theirself with her arms from missiles and energy blasts fired at her by Homeworld ships.]
Obsidian: These things just keep coming out of anywhere!
[Obsidian then roars loudly, the resulting shockwave knocks the ships back.]
Obsidian: At last.
[It is then when a large amount of water flows into the area, Obsidian watches in amazement as six Lapis-shaped water clones form around them.]
Obsidian: Lapis!
Lapis: Let's see what you're made of!
[The six water clones create and hurl a water ball at Obsidian.]
Obsidian: ...
[Obsidian, for their part, summons Steven's shield and successfully blocks Lapis' attacks.]
Lapis: *shocked* What the--!?
[The impact causes a huge sound wave, resulting all the water clones to dispel in the reverberation.]
Lapis: *angered* Why, you...!
[The ground suddenly breaks open and several chains emerge from it, shackling all of Obsidian's limbs and pinning them in place.]
Obsidian: ...!
[Homeworld ships see this and begin to blast Obsidian.]
Obsidian: This may be a bit of a problem.
[Obsidian lets out a mighty roar that pushes Homeworld Ships back and breaks the water chains holding them.]
Lapis: Tch!
[The whole place begins to rumble and shake.]
Obsidian: ...?!
[Gigantic ice spikes emerge violently from the ground in order to impale Obsidian, but the latter doesn't even flinch, as the ice spikes shatter into pieces as soon as they come into contact with their body.]
Lapis: *shocked* I-It can't be!
At the same time...
[Holly Blue Agate and Spinel arrive at the top of the building where Bluebird and Mean Lapis are, they have brought reinforcements, Jasper and her quartz squad.]
Spinel: What the fuck are you doing up here?!
Holly Blue Agate: It was a pain in the ass to find you, you know! Anyway, here's the reinforcements-- Holy shit!
[Holly, Jasper, Spinel and everyone else stare in awe at Obsidian, their presence striking fear into them.]
Jasper: *shocked* Wh-what the fuck is that?!
Bluebird: A fusion of five Gems made up of Steven and his flunkies.
Jasper: I-Imposible!
Holly Blue Agate: How can they even keep it together?! There's no way they can!
Bluebird: Yeah, that's what I thought too, but it seems their fusion mastery is quite outstanding.
Holly Blue Agate: Wow, and yet Lazuli set out to fight them all by herself?!
Bluebird: Uhh, pretty much.
Spinel: And she's getting her ass kicked by the looks of it. Shall we give her a hand?
Holly Blue Agate: As if we could! That monster doesn't seem to be taking any damage from Lazuli, even with the help of the ships!
Simultaneously...
[Obsidian is seen being subdued by hundreds of water chains holding them from head to toe.]
Obsidian: *struggling* Grrr!
[Homeworld Ships take this opportunity to fire their missiles and plasma cannons at Obsidian from all sides.]
Obsidian: I've had it!
[Once again, Obsidian lets out a mighty roar that pushes the ships back and easily breaks the chains holding them.]
Lapis: *panting* I-I'm no match for this monster, not even close. I can barely hold her for a second.
[States an exhausted Lapis, breathing heavily.]
Lapis: Still I refuse to believe that they are invincible, they must have a weakness!
[Homeworld ships don't give up and persist in firing their missiles at Obsidian, to no avail, as Obsidian is unharmed.]
Obsidian: I don't want to do this, but I no longer have a choice.
[Obsidian says as they dodges some missiles and punches down a Homeworld ship, which falls straight to the ground engulfed in flames.
[Obsidian then proceeds to do the same to the rest of the ships.]
Obsidian: I hope you can forgive us, I promise we'll help you all later!
[Obsidian is distracted, so Lapis takes the opportunity to encase them in a giant water ball.]
Obsidian: What the--?!
Lapis: You can't be invincible! And I'll prove it!
[Lapis holds out her fists and clenches them, the water ball then begins to contract, increasing the pressure and crushing Obsidian.]
Lapis: I'll crush you!
[The water pressure increases more and more.]
Obsidian: *withstanding the pressure* Dammit! This is... pretty harsh! She really wants to crush us!
