Chapter 31
TIMS POV:
Whenever I woke up this morning I decided that I should call some off family and inform them about what's going on.
I called my mom first.
"Hello." she said. "Hey mom." I said. "Tim? You never call." She said. "Yeah sorry about that." I said. "I'm glad you called. What's going on?" She asked. "I stopped drinking." I told her. "You did?! What made you do that?" She asked. "I found out I had brain cancer." I said. "What?! Why didn't you tell me?!" She yelled. "It wasn't that bad it was really small. I already had surgery. Now, I'm going to do radiation." I said. "Did you not tell anyone about this?" She asked. "Uh, Faith was the first one I told. I wanted to spend more time with the girls. Faith is letting me spend time with them and she is helping me." I said. "I'm so happy that you are spending time with the girls." She said. "Me too. And Faith and I were kinda dating now, but nobody knows." I said. "Oh my god! I'm so happy for you! I'm going to have to visit soon." She said.
I noticed someone else trying to call. It was Faith.
"Yeah. I have to get off I here. You can the family I quit drinking and I'm spending more time wit the girls. Just don't say anything about Faith and me dating." I said. "Okay! I love you!" She said. "I love you too. Bye!" I said.
I missed Faith's call so I called her back.
"Hello." She said. "Hey baby. What's up?" I asked. "I'm heading out to go shopping. I just thought I'd give you a call to see how you're doing." She said. "I'm doing great. I just called my mom and told her everything that has happened." I said. "I'm so happy that you called her. I know it probably meant a lot to her." She said. "It meant a lot to me too." I said. "Aw, you're too sweet. I'm going to get off of here cause I'm at the mall. I'll pick you up in the morning for your appointment. I love you babe." She said. "I can't wait to see you tomorrow. I love you too. Have fun." I said. "I will. Bye." She said. "Bye." I said with a smile on my face.
I'm glad I have her back.
