Samantha was a sight to see, so beautiful, and yet she was nothing the boys at Hawkins High wanted. She was loud and obnoxious, and "she fails to meet the standards of proper behavior for women" as older people tend to say. To others, she was a Shrew and a Bitch.
Sam never did much, she shared her opinion a lot though. The only time Sam is ever quiet and shy is when she's around someone she likes; she instantly she all sense and becomes a nervous wreck. And she's almost never home, she's always at a party or Steve's house. Her personality definitely contrasted with her siblings though; Mike, Nancy, and Holly. Her excessive rock music obsession and drum playing disturbed the peace in the house most days.

Sam is totally, and completely head over heels for Eddie. She was star-struck when she first saw Eddie Sophomore year, but she never talked to him, she's only heard stories. Then when her little brother introduced them during Senior year, they instantly clicked but he seemed oblivious to her fancy for him. Considering he repeated Senior year twice, she had lots of time. Just about everyone tells her he likes her, especially Dustin, but she doesn't believe them. But he liked her specific taste in classic rock and metal like him, they both were nonconformist metal-heads. Metallica, Black Sabbath,Van Halen, Dio, Judas Priest and W.A.S.P were her favorites, plus the occasional "angry girl music" as her parents liked to call it. She loved everything about Eddie, his strong opinions on norms, and his obsession with Dungeons and Dragons, and how he played guitar so well. She hopes that one day she can play drums with him, in his band; Corroded Coffin.
