Ally-

Camila lie against me under her warm bed covers. Although she had told me she had only just started her treatment, she felt thinner than usual already. The bones making up her arm's stuck out a little more than usual. My arm's were still wrapped around her gently because I didn't want to hurt her or cause her any pain. She had fallen asleep on my arm a while ago but I didn't want to move incase I woke her up, so I just stayed in the same position with my right arm sandwiched between her body and the bunks matress.

She looked so...not innocent but...like untouchable when she slept. Even when she was awake she was like this invincible 17 year old who could take on the world. I'd never have thought that something like...cancer would happen to this sweet girl who we all consideres our baby sister.

Cancer...I just can't even believe it.

I had to respect her wishes and not tell the other girls. No matter how much it kills me to see Mila going through this, she doesn't want me to pity her. She needs support, and that's what I'm going to do...support her through everything. Even if that means going with her to every appointment, to every therapy session, or just with her each day on tour.

The girls are not stupid though. They all know something's up with Camila, especially Lauren. She is the closest to Camila than all if us, and knows her moods and personality like she knows her own name. Except unlike Camila and I, Lauren and Camila have a different bond...there's just something more to their relationship. Mila and I are basically sister's, but Lauren and her are more than just sister's.

I heard the girls getting ready for the day ahead and decided it was time to get up. I pushed back the few strands of hair crossing Camila's face and tucked them behind her ear. I lightly shook Mila on the shoulder.

She groaned before turning her head to face me. She looked really pale. I immediately felt bad that I had woken her because she looked like she really needed the sleep after the past couple of days.

"Sorry Mila but we have to get ready for the meet and greet." I gave her a slight smile.

"It's fine." She closed her eye's again.

"Come on. Im sorry I gave you as long as I could. How are you feeling after your little nap?"

"Ummm... good." She started to sit up and slid down to the floor. For a few seconds she grabbed the wooden bunk sides closing her eye's. Almost like she was regaining her balance.

She looked like she was about to faint or something.

"Mila...How are you really feeling?" I jumped down and helped steady her with my hand.

"Terr..." She cut herself off and rushed into the bathroom slamming the door after her.

"Mila?" I knocked on the door a few times waiting for a response.

"Ally what's going on?" Dinah, Normani and Lauren all came rushing into the hallway.

"Yeah what was with the door slam?" Lauren gave me a worried look.

"It was Mila." I opened the door to see Camila kneeling over the toilet. She was spewing her guts up.

I sighed and quickly ran and held her hair back out of her face. Lauren also came over and rubbed her back trying to calm her down a little.

Is this an effect from her treatment? It must be. I'm so out of my league here, she really needs to tell someone else as well, I just don't think I can help her on my own.

She continued for another minute before she finally stopped and wiped her mouth with the back of her hand.

"You okay?" Lauren pulled her into a half hug.

"Yeah just...must have been something I ate."she began to stand but stumbled back into Lauren's arms.

"Woah! Come on, let's go sit down on the couch." I helped Lauren pull her back to her feet and guided her out to the same couch the two of us had sat on when she finally told me about...well...you know.

She doesn't want to tell the others because she doesn't want them to look at her like she's broken or sick, like they pity her. But really they wouldn't pity her, well sure they would care for her and help her, but they wouldn't look at her any differently then they do now. They would still think of her as the quirky, small 17 year old that loves One Direction and fan girls over absolutely everyone on red carpet's at big award event's.

"I don't think you should perform tonight camz." Lauren pushed Camilla's hair back as she placed her hand on her forehead. "Your burning up girl. Mani could you please get a water?"

Normani nodded to her and went across the bus grabbing a bottle of water from the frige in the kitchen. She returned and handed me the bottle.

I unscrewed the white cap breaking the thin seal around the bottle's neck. I then handed it to Lauren who was sitting right next to Mila.

"Here drink." Lauren forced the bottle into her hands. She suddenly became more serious than worried.

"I hate to ask this Camila. But when was the last time you ate a meal?" She took Mila's hand into her own fiddling with it slowly trying to make her comfortable enough to open up to her.

"Uh...last night. Why does it matter?" Camila looked across the room as Hailed entered the little group.

"Because we care about you and...Dinah told us you have had problem's with your appearance before." Lauren gave Dinah a quick glance then returned to looking Camila right in the eye's.

"WHAT!" Camila burst out with her loud voice that we barely ever hear because she's normally the one telling us to stop yelling. "Why would you tell them that! You promised!" Tears started to form in her eye's as she looked at Dinah with hurt.

"I..I I'm sorry. They forced it out of me!" Dinah looked down at her feet.

"Don't blame her. We're just really worried about you. You're like our little sister. You can tell us if you are... you know having issue's with your body. We are all girl's here and have all felt the same way and had problems with our appearance and self esteem. We've all been in that frame of mind. We just...don't want you to do anything stupid. " I looked away from Lauren as she talked. I know I should have spoken up and told them what was really going...right then and there...but I made a promise. And I don't break my promises.

"I don't need this." The pale Camila stood up from the couch and headed straight for the door to the bus. As she was charging out she bumped into someone almost knocking them over...
