Chapter 7

Tanjirou's POV

"Umm, excuse me, what's going on?" I asked.

"Look, it's them. It's really them!" Someone said.

"Yeah, I can't believe it! They came to school together!" Another one said.

"I guess the rumors are true." A third one said.

'Rumors? What rumors?' I thought, so I asked. "What rumors?"

"Are you guys really living in one house?"

"Why do you ask?" I said

"Because there has been rumors that you guys live in one house."

"Well, Kanao is training Nezuko, so yeah." I replied casually.

Their jaws dropped as they heard that.

"If she only trains your sister, then why does she have to live there?"

"Yeah! Why!"

"Explain!"

I sighed 'Why does this have to happen?' I thought. Then I replied: "Because-" I was cut off by Kanao who started explaining.

"Because I train Nezuko everyday from 2:30 in the morning, so we can still have time before school starts." She said.

The students listening were surprised that they start training that early in the morning. One student still wanted to argue and said: "But still, what's that training for?" "For becoming a demon slayer." I replied. "But, but-" The student was cut off.

"Cawww, cawwww, Kamado Tanjirou, go to the Butterfly Estate immediately. Cawww, cawww." The crow interrupted.

"Kanao, Nezuko, I'll go now." I said.

"Hmmmm mmmmh!" Nezuko hummed.

"Be safe, Tanjirou!" Kanao said.

I left.

In the Butterfly Estate

"Shinobu-san! Shinobu-san!" I called.

"Tanjirou, you're here!" A familiar voice said.

"Why did you call me here?" I asked.

"Did you bring Kanao with you?"

"No, she's still at school with Nezuko."

"That's a shame. Anyways, come."

I went to Shinobu-san's ofice.

"Yes?" I asked. "I'm running late to school and Tomioka-sensei doesn't like it when someone's late."

"I heard you fought a Twelve Kizuki....."

Nezuko's POV

While nii-chan wasn't here and class didn't start yet, Kanao nee-san has been having some troubles with guys who are trying to hit on her left and right. Literally, after rejecting one, another one comes. It started getting worse when they started giving her gifts to the point that they formed a line giving their love letters, chocolates, flowers, etc. There's so much that if I counted all the gifts that they tried to give her I'd be occupied with counting for a good 1-2 hours. Although she kindly rejected them, some weren't satisfied and said: "Do you know how much I spent on this and you wouldn't even give a damn?" If only I could say: 'Who even told you to buy that?' and 'Bruh, she literally has a boyfriend.' But nii-chan wouldn't let me remove my muzzle coz I might, you know... Accidentally bite someone.

I wish nii-chan was here so they won't annoy Kanao nee-san anymore but, at the same time I'm grateful nii-chan isn't here or else he might have beaten the crap out of some of them who are talking trash to her.

'Uh oh....' I thought as nii-chan walked down the hall and saw a guy holding on Kanao nee-san's wrist so hard it started getting red. Then in the blink of an eye, he was right there saying: "Could you please kindly let go of her hand?" The guy, obviously not noticing that it was nii-chan, said with a smirk: "Why do you care?"

"Because I'm her boyfriend." He said calmly and smiling, but you can notice the dark aura around him.

"Who do you think you ar-" The guy was cut short as he lifted his face and saw nii-chan glaring daggers and if it was real daggers there would be about fifty of them pointing at him. "I-I'm sorry." The guy apologized and ran off. Soon, the rest of the crowd went back to their respective classrooms. "Nezuko" Nii-chan started. "When I'm not here you're in charge of Kanao, please make sure that never happens again." "Hmmmm mmmmh!" I said.

"Well, let's go!" He said.

Lunch

"Nezuko, Kanao, do you wanna go to the Butterfly Estate to visit our friends this lunch break?" Nii-chan said.

"Sure. I'd like to see Shinobu nee-san too." Kanao nee-san said.

"Hmmm mmmh!" I said. ‘Yay! I'm gonna see Zenitsu today! And also I can remove my muzzle!’ I thought happily. I didn't notice I was smiling and blushing pretty hard. Well, not until nii-chan spoke. "Excited to see your boyfriend that much, Nezuko?" He teased. "Hmph!" I said annoyed.

"Well, what are we waiting for? Let's go!" Nii-chan said.

We went to the Butterfly Estate and talked with our friends. The day seemed to pass by quickly and before we knew it the next days and months were passing by quickly too, until one day.... (A/n Oof, probably didn't expect that... Sorry, I wanted to fast forward.)

Thursday 4:30 am

"Nezuko, congratulations, you are done with your training with me." Kanao nee-san said.

"What? Already? But-" I was cut off.

"No buts, it's true. You should go to Tanjirou now and train with him." She said calmly.

"Then..... That means...... You're not staying here anymore?" I asked.

"Yes, but if you want I can stay for a little longer." She said smiling.

"Yes please!" I said.

"Okay then, now go wake your nii-chan up and train with him."

"Okay!"

In nii-chan's bedroom

"Nii-chan, wake up. It's your turn to train me now."

"Hmmm..... Huh?" He said drowsily.

"I'm done learning the Breath of the Flowers, so you will now teach me the Breath of Water."

"Ohh, okay."

I started training with nii-chan and surprisingly I learned it faster than when I was learning Breath of Flowers. Soon enough I already knew all the forms. And I could perform them really good.
