Drunken Mistake

Jordan Connor Jones

Betty POV:

"Are you okay?" I hear Jughead ask me as I continue to feed Jordan, leaning my head onto the pillow as I look up at my handsome baby daddy with a smile placed on my face,  a smile that hasn't been wiped off my face since the first time I held Jordan in my arms. "Yeah, I'm absolutely perfect" I reply to him. He leans down and gives me a kiss on the lips once again and this time we are able to go in for the full make out. 

"I love you" He then says as soon as we pull away from the kiss, I caress his cheek and once again smile at him feeling my heart flutter as soon as those words fell out of his mouth, knowing very well that Jughead Jones is my soulmate " I love you too, Daddy" I reply to him causing him to grunt. I giggle and look down at Jordan who got a bit startled but continued to feed. "You can't tease me like that baby, at least not while we're in the hospital and can't do anything about it" He comments. I nod my head and bite my bottom lip. I feel Jughead sit down besides me and looks down at Jordan and runs his index finger up and down his little cheek. As soon as Jordan finishes eating, I cover my breast and begin trying to burp him while Jughead watches and waits for me to hand him over to him so he could change him but before I can get Jordan to burp, the door opens and in walks Kevin, Veronica, and Archie. 

"OH MY GOD! A bughead baby!" Kevin squeals out in excitement, while Veronica jump up and down in excitement while Archie congratulates Jughead giving Veronica and Kevin time with me first, since he understands that I'm closer to them and were with me through everything. 

"He's so cute, Betty. Congratulations and by the way motherhood suits you" Veronica says to me as she looks down at Jordan who finally burped and currently getting his clothes changed by Jughead. "I agree, I never seen a baby so cute before" Archie adds while he looks at Jughead change Jordan with a puzzled look almost as if he was trying to solve a hard math question making me want to laugh and wish Veronica luck when they have kids in the future while I admire Jughead and how sexy he looks while he cares for our child. 

"And he's done" Jughead says, picking up Jordan and begins to rock him back and fourth. "Would any of you like to hold him?" Jughead then asks and both Kevin and Veronica ran towards him and fought over who was going to hold him first, Archie slowly walks over to me and gives me a small hug "Congrats Betty, I'm proud of you and I also have something to tell both you and Jughead." He says catching Jugheads attention "Well more like ask" He adds with hesitation. Jughead hands Jordan over to Veronica then walks over closer to us and sits besides me, wrapping an arm around my neck and waits for Archie to ask what he wants. We hear him gulp loudly then looks over to Jordan who is still in the arms of his godmother then back at us "I know that Sweet Pea was suppose to be his godfather and well I don't even know if it's even appropriate to ask you this and I lowkey feel kind of stupid to even ask but you guys are my best friends so I was wondering if I could be Jordan's godfather?" He asks, placing his hands into his pockets and swallows as he waits for our answer. 

Me and Jughead look at each other and smile then back at him, I squeeze Jughead's hand gently and gesture for him to tell him what we've been wanting to tell him "Arch, we were going to ask you to be his godfather when we got out of the hospital man, so of course you can. It'd be an honor" Jughead replies to him, earning a smile from Archie and as soon as those words came out of Jugheads mouth, Archie quickly ran towards Veronica and took Jordan out of her arms and put him in his. Now we know he looked so puzzled in the first place.

Narrator POV:

The day ran long for both Betty and Jughead but they both knew that the moment they had Jordan that it would be this way since everyone was literally awaiting the arrival of their baby boy. Jughead sits down on the chair besides Betty watching her while she sleeps while he holds and rocks Jordan to sleep, though thankfully their first day as parents was pretty easy since Jordan literally slept almost the whole time and would have to be woken up so he could eat and get changed but then again Jughead wouldn't care what type of baby Jordan was since all he cares about is him being safe and healthy. In the beginning of this journey, Jughead never thought he'd be in this moment as Betty's boyfriend and playing an active role in his sons life but thankfully he is and he owes it all to Sweet Pea, who was the only friend who cared enough to knock some sense into him. 

"I love you, Jordan Connor Jones" Jughead mumbles into his sons ear and kisses him softly on his cheek.

A/N: Get prepared guys because the next chapter in the last one! Yes I am sad about this story ending just like with the rest but when one finishes, another begins :)
