And our first semi final match up is set! Unfortunately Josh had a zero percent chance at beating Trini. Everything she had could counter him perfectly, meaning, I guess brain is indeed better than brawn in the MHA world. But, while Josh couldn't advance, this'll give him some drive for the future of the story. Plus, it's given us a wicked battle ahead with Trini vs Phobos. But we've still got 2 matches to go for the quarter finals, and this next one is the one I've been the most excited to do. It's time for Harper to face Cry. What dream will she have this time? Will it be enough to take down the unstoppable quirk? Let's find out! Enjoy!

-POV: Harper-

As I woke up from my quick nap, I was just able to see the ending of the previous match. Unfortunately, Josh lost to Trini. She beat him pretty badly too, and he's the physically strongest person in our class. It takes a lot to take him down. And with her match won, Trini's moving on to face Phobos in the semi finals. I'd love to go and give him support before that incredibly tough fight, but I have bigger issues to worry about. Specifically, my next match.

"What am I to do, what am I to do? Can my dream beat Cry? Do I know how to use it properly? Is it strong enough? Is it fast enough? What if I just whif it and everyone laughs at me? AAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!!!" I said to myself as someone started to knock on my door. I collected my emotions and took a deep breath to calm myself down before answering the door.

"Hello, who's..... there....." I said with surprise in my voice as it was actually Lisa at the door. She had her head down, her hair all messed up, making her look like a crazy person. But I could tell from what I saw on her face that that wasn't the case. Her body was shaking a bit and I could see makeup running down the sides of her face. She was crying. I know she's my nemesis and all, but this is something I couldn't ignore.

"Uh, hey... what's.....  what's wrong, Li-" I tried to ask her as she just walked right up and hugged me, digging her sobbing face into my left shoulder.

"You're facing him next..... right?" She asked me as I hugged her back, comforting her in what was probably the most awkward situation ever. I had no idea what to do because I normally butt heads with her.

"If you mean Cry, then yeah, why?" I asked her as I could feel her tears dripping onto my training uniform.

"You slept between fights again..... didn't you? Please..... tell me your new dream can beat him....." Lisa asked me as she pulled herself away a bit and raised up her head. She was a wet mess from all the crying she'd done since her loss, and I don't really blame her. After all, she didn't hit or even make Cry take a step during their fight.

"I feel like it can." I said to her with as much confidence as I could muster.

"You have to beat him..... and i'm not just saying that for myself..... I understand just how strong he really is..... and if you can't beat him, then no one here can. We're all children and he's a god." Lisa explained to me as I saw her fists were clenched tightly. This was so tough for her, to have to come to me and say i'm the only one here who may be able to pull off this win. But at the same time, someone as skilled and as tough as her losing so easily certainly has drastic effects on herself.

"Look, Lisa, i'm not going to lie when I say I cannot guarantee that I will win. My newest dream is definitely my strongest to date, but that doesn't mean I can beat him. Believe me, i'm gonna try my hardest, and I know his weakness too. If I can exploit it then i'll have a chance to take him down and knock him out." I said as Lisa turned around and stepped out of my room.

"Please win..... and you may not hear it.... and I may not say it..... but I will be cheering for you....." Lisa said as she wiped away more of her tears before she walked away.
