Most had believed and listened to Luna. Fighting even harder then they had the last few weeks.
Luna on the other hand waited. Playing the spell through her mind over and over. Begging not to forget it with each passing day.
To her, the words were simple. For this was nearly the first spell she had ever learned. Kyle had taught it to her when she was little.
She had not used the spell in years. That was what feared her the most. Some of the words could be wrong, maybe she was missing a part of it.
"Luna! Pull yourself together!" She said to herself, tugging at her untamed hair. "Just make a stupid plan!"
Her mind told her Hugo had to die. That the Councils time had to end, and she had to end it.
Over the course of several day, Luna devised her plan.
She would wait until a guard brought her food. Knowing how to fight well enough, she would knock him unconscious, taking the keys he was given along with his sword. Soon after she would head up to the main floor. Hugo would be there, she saw him at the top of the stairs for days, waiting for the one that brought her food to come back safely.
From there she would fight him. She knew Guards would come. Yet she also knew the spell held enough power to kill an army. Luna would win.
Although Hugo had a plan of his own. It would finally be two predators together, fighting for their next meal. In this case. . .
