Bibi's POV
Oxfordshire, United Kingdom.

The next day, as promised, Aunty Shafa and I leave the house to Mama for a fun day out.  We start by stopping for some food.  Fayha recommended we sample the food at Cherwell Boathouse, so we went there for some lunch. Aunty Shafa ordered chicken enchiladas, and I had breast of cotswold chicken.
They have odd titles for their cuisine, but it's best to stay with chicken out here since you never know.

After lunch, we went to a neighbouring spa for manicures and pedicures, which lasted more than an hour, with Aunty Shafa conversing with the personnel.  She was always easy to make friends and have talks with, and she wasn't difficult to love.  She is gorgeous inside and out, and I believe people are quick to notice this, which explains their willingness to engage in discussion with her.

Mama, on the other hand, is very similar to me.  She despises going out and being in crowds, but she works as a Governor's personal assistant—imagine the irony!  She values her personal space, and even when she is home, you would never know because she loves to remain in her own bubble.  This is where Aunty Shafa comes in.

I believe I got the better of the two.  Because, on the other side, I enjoy going out, but only with individuals I enjoy being with; otherwise, it makes me really uncomfortable.  I enjoy chatting, but not for lengthy hours like Aunty Shafa.  I grow tired after a while, and if you force me to continue, you won't love the side of me that emerges once my social battery has run out.  I'll tell you, it's a disaster.

We visited the mall after our spa.  "Aunty Shafa don't forget you promised me a bag."  I remind her as we make our way to the entryway.  "Ni din, Me!"  She exclaims "eh mana, yes you said I should remind you whenever we're out." I explain

"Well I certainly do not remember making that promise but since you've said so I might have said it and forgotten kisan tsufa you know old age."  She joked and we both end up laughing as we entered the store.

"Just let me purchase a matching purse along with the shoe."  I pouted the moment I spotted the matching set.  "A'a, No as we discussed get the bag and let's leave I want to see if I can get some dresses for myself too."  She said.

"Haba Mummy na, please my mummy."  I whined as I held onto her hand.  "Kar ma ki fara, don't even start, this your pouting isn't going to work this time around."  She refused.  "But it's just one shoe I won't ask for anything else till we leave if you get me this."  I begged.  "No buts."  Bibi, pick up the bag you want and let's go.  "If you want the shoe, use your card to purchase it."

""I thought I was your baby." I asked, feigning sadness, "It's not working." She responds before letting go of my hand, I stroll down further into the store to consider a few more choices. She vanishes from my sight for around two minutes before reappearing with two separate and matching bags.

"Pick one and let's me on our way, your mother just called to ask if we've delivered the parcel she gave to you before we left." Sh informs me displaying two bags alongside their matching shoes I squeal as I move in for a hug. "You're the best mummy ever." I cry out, kissing her on the cheek before letting go and looking at the alternatives she's holding.

After a little mental argument, I choose one, and she pays and we drive off to Uncle Faiz's house to deliver the parcel. When we get at Fayha's house, we only come across her. "Where is everyone else?" I ask her "they're all not home yet. "And by the way Aunty shafa is waiting for me in the car so i gotta be quick I'll be back tomorrow though insha'Allah." I inform her as we enter the house.

"Daddy is not back from this place he went to go look at and the boys are not back from work and mummy went shopping while I stay home to finish up this book I've been working on." She adds, and I nod.

"Okay then, my regards to everyone except Ayman, of course. Mama sent me over with this envelope, instructing me to pass it over to Uncle Faiz hand to hand, but since he is not home, you are the next best thing. Please make sure you give it to him and do not lose it." I plead. "What do you take me for?" She giggles, and I shrug as I go back for the door. "Why are you shrugging? I won't lose the envelope; be on your way, and I'll make sure he gets it." She laughs, and I nod. "See you tomorrow, Insha'Allah." I say this before closing the door behind me.

I walk back to the car, and we drive back home. I immediately decide for a shower and a short snooze before Asr, so I do exactly that. After my shower, I slipped on my pyjamas and slid under the covers for a well-deserved siesta. We may not have done much, but I still need to recharge after all of this. I also didn't go back to sleep early today after Fajr, so kudos to me for staying awake and being this energetic for so long.
