KYUJIN, EUNBYEOL, SEO NARI, AHN NARI, HYELIN and JINJIE were the last to walk out of the auditorium. they were all super embarrassed but they were exhausted for the most part.

"yo guys", HYELIN pauses in her tracks. they look at her, "what's up?", AHN NARI asks.
"should we do some exploring?", HYELIN suggests with a mischievous smile on her face. "I don't think that's a good id—", EUNBYEOL protests and HYELIN interrupts, "we have to get used to our SURROUNDINGS and ANYWAY, so it won't hurt to explore a little right??", HYELIN tries to make a point but EUNBYEOL was still reluctant. the rest of the girls were sold by the idea of exploring, what harm could exploring give?

"come on eunbyeol! live life a little!", SEO NARI tries to persuade EUNBYEOL. "you know what, since you guys are my friends, let's do it", EUNBYEOL finally gives in and joins them. the girls take a sharp turn and roamed around the huge halls of the academy.

"this is academy is like a palace holy cow", KYUJIN said as she observed her surroundings with the rest of the girls. "i know right", JINJIE agrees.

not so long after, they had of course gotten lost.

"where the heck are we?!", SEO NARI exclaims as they keep walking further into an unfamiliar place.
"if i knew, i could answer", HYELIN says as she kept walking straight.

fear overcame the girls as they felt like they were being watched. KYUJIN catches up to HYELIN, "i think we have to stop now", she tells HYELIN.

"yeah I agree but If you can't tell I'm not really sure where to go", she says.

"well just so you know, I think we're all being watched", KYUJIN whispers.

"what—", HYELIN says, pausing in her tracks before a male's voice interrupts them.

"what are you guys doing here?", the girls turned around in fear but they were relieved to see SAN, WOOYOUNG, SEONGHWA, MINHO and JAEHYUN standing behind them.

"oh thank god I thought that was sir apollo— i swear i almost yeeted out of here", HYELIN says in relief.

HYELIN and KYUJIN walked over to the girls and stood in between the group. "well, what are YOU guys doing here?", HYELIN retorts.

"ohoho she's a feisty one", WOOYOUNG whispers.

"shut it pretty boy", HYELIN says after hearing what WOOYOUNG whispered.

"sorry but like are you guys, i don't know, exploring as well?", KYUJIN asks while HYELIN and WOOYOUNG were having their cute banter. "yeah we came to explore but at this point we feel like heading back", SAN replies although SEONGHWA was about to reply first.

"should we go back to the common room together?", AHN NARI suggests only to earn nods of approval from all the boys.

"i mean I'm down just get me away from pretty boy over here or else we might have our first school murder case", HYELIN says while also referring to WOOYOUNG.

the boys and the girls made their way back to the common room, chatting with each other as they did so.

KYUJIN was left alone as the girls were all talking and laughing with the boys while HYELIN is still trying to win over an argument with WOOYOUNG.

SAN looks back and sees KYUJIN just walking alone behind them so he slips himself away from the group to accompany KYUJIN.

he goes to her side, "i must say miss, you have really heavy luggage", he startles KYUJIN. KYUJIN was speechless, her heart was beating super fast and she didn't know if it was because of SAN or because of the fact he startled her. it could be both but she doesn't wanna think about it.

"i'm SAN", SAN extends an arm for a handshake. KYUJIN, although her hands were clammy and trembling, accepted his handshake. she was never like this when she stood next to a guy before, "kyujin, my name is kyujin", she says hesitantly.

it was a little awkward at first but eventually, both of them warmed up to each other and they started cracking jokes and laughing. HYELIN realizes this and she lets out the most dramatic gasp.

"oh my two love birds", she pretends to cry as if she was a mother seeing her daughter getting married.

KYUJIN's eyes shot bullets at her and she raises her arms in surrender.

about thirty minutes later, they finally reached the hallway to the common rooms. the boys' common room was located on the far end of the hallway while the girls' common room was located in the middle.

"guess we'll see each other soon guys!", SAN flashes his smile to the girls, "you bet!", HYELIN says in response. SAN winks at KYUJIN before they parted ways. KYUJIN's heart was speeding like a race car.

what is SAN trying to do to me? she thought

once they enter the common room, as expected, it was filled with girls and they were all mingling and unpacking.

"oh hello guys!", MOONJI waves at them as they make their entrance from the balcony. she rushes down the stairs and shakes each of their hands, "i'm yoo moonji nice to meet you!", she says while flashing her smile.

the rest of the girls were too absorbed in unpacking so the six girls who had just returned have made the decision to hit the sacks.

"here are some cookies for you guys! i baked them back at home! I hope you like them!" MOONJI gives each of the girls cookies to which they gladly accepted.

the six girls were exhausted but they were really happy that they managed to do some exploring.

the girls are looking forward to what will happen next..
but as of now, they wanted to change into comfortable clothes and take a nap before they were to be called for dinner
