*knock knock*

Richie had instantly woke up to the sound of his door being banged on. He looked beside him and saw Eddie fast asleep next to him. Richie decided to leave the sleeping boy in bed and walk downstairs to open the door. He noticed it wasn't his parents, it might've been Stan. Richie then continued to walk over to the front door and open the door to see.. Connor? Why was Connor there? Richie then sighed and asked "Connor what are you doing here, at my house- wait. how do you even know where i live?!"
Connor replied quietly "Bev told me.. I told her i needed to speak to you."
"Alright then.. What did you want to talk about?"
"The fact that you've been avoiding me since i, kissed you. Was there something wrong?"
"No- i mean, yes. there is. i have a boyfriend connor.."
"You had a boyfriend when i kissed you??"
"Yes.."
"Then why did you kiss back? You could've explained to me instead of completely shutting me off.."

Connor was still standing on Richie's doorstep, they weren't having an argument. They were just having a serious conversation..

"Listen.. I just didn't understand anything at the time, but i'm fine now. We can be friends but, nothing more," Richie explained until he heard a creek on the step. Richie quickly turned his head and faced Eddie who was awkwardly standing frozen.

"Eddie, you're awake.." Eddie let out a yawn and then walked over to the front door, in front of where Connor was standing. "Yeah i'm awake, who's this?"
"This is uhhh, connor.."
Eddie just nodded and forced out a smile to Connor, not receiving one back.
"This is your boyfriend, yeah?"
"Yes," Richie replied sternly.
"You told me you didn't have a boyfriend when we kissed though?"
Richie stopped and gave Connor a glare, why would Connor lie?
"What? You told him that Richie?" Richie quickly looked back at Eddie who's face had just dropped after those words that came out Connor's mouth.
"No! He's lying, the little rat is lying," yelled Richie in defence. Eddie didn't look impressed.

Richie then sighed and slammed the door in front of Connor's face after yelling "Don't fucking talk to me ever again Connor, i thought you was nice!" And with that, the door slammed shut and Richie immediately turned to Eddie.
"Eddie, he's lying.." Eddie didn't look at Richie, in fact he just sat on the sofa and buried his head in the palm of his hands. "Eddie, listen please.."
"How do i know he's not telling the truth.." Richie felt a wave of guilt wash over his body but then anger. He felt angry. He felt angry that Eddie never trusted him, that Eddie never trusted his boyfriend. Why did Eddie just believe anybody apart from Richie?
"Listen Eddie, i'm not apologising. Nor am i gonna spend ages trying to convince you that Connor was lying because.. I'm your fucking boyfriend! You should trust me regardless, yes i know i kissed him back but i explained and it spent fucking ages but you finally forgave me.. I'm not saying you should've trusted me then because what i did was my fault and not anybody else's, but you're really trusting Connor over me right now? I didn't tell him that i didn't have a boyfriend at the time, okay? If you don't believe me then that's your choice but.. A relationship should have trust, i trust you but you don't seem to trust me. Fair enough, it's hard because of what happened recently but.. I'm not gonna spend ages trying to convince you that he was lying. I'm going on a walk.."
Eddie still had his head shoved into his hands until Richie said about him going for a walk, he slowly lifted his head up to see Richie putting on his shoes.
"Rich.."
"Don't.. You can stay here and think about, whatever you want. I need some time to myself.." And with that, Richie didn't turn back or say anything more. He quickly rushed out the door before Eddie could say anything either...
