Aaron and I got there ten minutes after six. We got out of the car and were immediately greeted by Elizabeth. She wore a blue dress and heels.
"Where have you guys been?" She asked as she walked over to us as quickly as she could with her heels.
"That's doesn't matter. We're here so be happy." Aaron said with a hint of annoyance in his eyes.
I smiled at his response and saw Elizabeth's face fall into an angry glare.
"We have about thirty minutes until we get out table." Alan announced as he smiled and put his arm around Elizabeth.
I smiled and nodded. I didn't feel any sort of pain in my chest so that was good.
"You look nice Angel." Alan said as he nodded at me.
"Thank you. You too!" I said with a smile on my face.
I felt Aaron wrap his arm around my lower back and pulled me closer to him. I looked up at him and he smiled down at me. I blushed and leaned my head against him.
"Come on let's go to the waiting area." Elizabeth said.
We nodded and Aaron and Alan began to follow her. I stayed behind for a little bit, wondering if I'm making a big mistake. Aaron stopped and realized that I wasn't following them.
"Are you okay, babe?" Aaron asked as he turned around and walked towards me.
I hugged myself and nodded as I looked at the ground. He walked forward and hugged me.
"Are you worried about a Elizabeth?" He asked.
I shrugged and looked at the pebbles under my feet. Aaron then put his hands on my shoulders and lifted my face carefully with his index finger.
"Hey, she is not going to do anything to you, okay?" He said.
I smiled and nodded. He smiled and hugged me again before he took my hand and walked with me.
"Are you okay, Angel?" Alan asked once we came in.
"She's fine." Aaron said as he held me close to him, making me feel safe and protected.
Alan stiffened and then nodded.

We got to our booth after we waited about thirty minutes. I looked around. Couples were laughing, children were eating their little kids meals as their parents talked.
"Hey look at that." Aaron said as he pointed at a man who was sitting by a computer and had a microphone on it's stand next to him.
"Karaoke?" Alan asked.
Aaron nodded and looked at me. I gave him a confused look. It took me a second to realize why he was looking at me.
"Uh uh, no way." I said.
He frowned and moved a piece of hair behind my ear.
"Aw come on princess. I want to hear you sing." He said as he pouted adorably.
I blushed and scratched the back of my neck.
"Yeah Angel. You should sing." Alan said with a smile.
I looked at everyone at the table. Elizabeth rolled her eyes and leaned back.
"I can sing with you if you want." Aaron suggested.
My eyes widened and I turned to look at him with a smile on my face.
"Really?" I asked.
He nodded and I thought about it for a second. I looked at the karaoke station and then looked back at Aaron.
