*•RILEY'S POINT OF VIEW•*
"You're not my friend."
Leon's words kept ringing through my ears. He was right. He only invited me here for Ryan, I don't know why I thought we're becoming friends.
I sat on the sand, letting the beach waves splash my legs. "Riles?" Lilly's voice said, she sat next to me. "What's wrong?"
I sighed. "I gave Leon the letter and he ran away with tears in his eyes," I stated. "I went to him after you came back, and he basically told me to fuck off."
When Ryan left, Lilly went to check on him. She thinks I don't know she has a small crush on my brother.
"He said that?" she asked, completely shocked.
"I went to check on him and I was worried, he said, and I quote 'you're not my sister, you're not my girlfriend, and you're not my friend'."
"And Ryan just let him talk to you like that?" she asked, crossing her arms over her chest.
"I heard Ryan talking to him, but I left immediately..." I trailed off. "Why did what he said hurt my feelings?" I asked.
"Because you're his friend," Lilly stated. "I'm sure he was just upset when he said that, Riles."
"Clearly he doesn't think so," I said, rolling my eyes. "I'm going back to the mansion, I need a nap and a shower," I said, getting up.
"Riles, can we talk?" I turned and saw Ryan.
"I'm fine, Ry," I said, flashing him my best fake smile. "Leon's right, we are not friends, I'll see you guys later," I said and walked away, leaving both Lilly and Ryan behind.
I quickly reached the mansion and entered, shutting the door behind me. I started walking upstairs to my room.
When I passed by Leon's room, I heard moaning and panting. I rolled my eyes and walked to my own.
