The weekend rolled by pretty quickly and soon enough you were back at school, attempting to complete your assignment that was due by the end of the lesson. You and Peter didn't get to hang out much that weekend because he was still working on suit upgrades with your dad. By the time he finished enhancing his suit, it was already Sunday, during a late night. He quickly went to your bedroom to see if he can spare some time with you for a bit before he leaves, but to his disappointment, he found out that you were already asleep but not in the usual spot he thought you would be; which was your bed.

Walking over to the spot you were laying, he smiled down at you as he carefully picked you up from the floor, filled with Lego's that you attempted to build into an arc reactor from what it looks like.

After he tucked you in and whispered a goodnight, he made his way over to the pile of Lego's, admiring your work. He wasn't only impressed of the way the Lego's were structured, but the idea of what you wanted to create. It made his heart flutter at how you wanted to be so much like your dad. It made him a little sad that he wasn't there with you when you built this. He would have to wait another week to get to do this with you, unless you two were able to spare some time during the school week.

Peter was next to you concentrating on finalizing his work while you were just handing in yours. After one last click on the send button, you were done and finally free of any English assignments. With a content sigh, you close your eyes, relishing the feeling of the nice air conditioner and the soft music your teacher allowed you all to listen in the background.

"Finally!" You groaned a bit too loudly in the quiet atmosphere which earned a couple chuckles from students around the classroom.

"Since your done, can you proof read my work?" Peter asked from beside you. When both of you were just beginning to do your assignment, he noticed before how your screen was filled with two paragraphs meanwhile he was only finishing his first. He noticed how you barely got any help from the teacher or when you wouldn't continue your assignment when you got home. He felt like he wasn't doing enough and in a way, it kind of affected him, making him feel insecure and maybe a little bit jealous, which he doesn't usually feel especially around you. So why now? Why suddenly feel like he was against you?

Since you finished first, he thought maybe asking for your advice would help him improve his assignment.

"Yea sure."

You turned your laptop off, and placed Peters on top of yours. As your eyes skimmed along words, he couldn't help but study your face, taking his time to trace your features with his delicate brown eyes. He noticed the small scar on your right brow from when he accidentally hit you with a piece of Lego when he was just learning how to handle his abilities. He smiled at the thought, remembering how he hugged you when your eyes started to water from the pain even though you were laughing at his failure at his task by simply picking up one lego. That scar will forever be on your face making Peter proud that he left some sort of imprint on you. Which suddenly led him to think of leaving imprints on your body far more than just a scar...

"You only had one misspelled word which I fixed for you, but other than that everything was perfect." You handed him back his computer making the inappropriate thoughts snap out of his brain. Don't blame the boy, he was only a teenager and sudden bursts of hormones was unfortunately included in the package. You were possibly guilty of this too, you just haven't realised it yet, so you couldn't blame him if you found out about his thoughts.

"Thanks. So do I need to change any sentences?"

"Well...You could've written certain paragraphs better."

"Would you be able to make them better for me?" He asked but you knew that he was basically asking you to do the work for him.

"Sorry Pete, but those actions are beyond my boundaries," You chuckled. "I can't make those sentences better for you because then I'd be doing the work."

"Fine. Thanks anyway." He frowned but still thanked you sincerely. He put the attachment on the email and finally pressed send to the teacher after giving his screen a quick scan of approval. He didn't want to push further since it would unfair for you and him, so he gave up and sent what he had. You noticed how upset he looked which gained your attention quickly.

"Oh come on, lighten up it's only one assignment. You basically nail the others." You attempted to make him feel better making Peter shrug in response. You didn't know why Peter was so upset, he gets good grades all the time. You tried reading his expression but it was so blank, there was not a single thing to read. You'll get it out of him soon enough.

After some free time in the class room, the bell rang, bringing you to your next class which was chemistry. Peter hadn't really spoken to you after he sent his work to the teacher. You had absolutely no idea why he was acting this way, but you felt bad. Something must be going on and you hated how you couldn't do anything to help. You tried everything you could to get him to smile, to talk, to even look at you and nothing. He didn't look angry which you noticed, he looked more sad but you could tell that he tried to cover that up by looking like he was mad. The halls were crowded with mostly students, the scent of teenagers surrounding the area immediately. You couldn't wait to go home and chill out, since you've finished all your homework and almost have all of your assignments finished.

Because of the amount of students flooding the halls, you and Peter slowly made it through the crowd struggling to move along without someone touching or accidentally bumping into you. Peter noticed your struggle when you were slowly getting separated which caused him to pull your arms behind him as he maneuvered through difficulty while you had the benefit of using him as a guide to a clearer path. Even though he seemed pretty upset earlier and was still in a bad mood, he wasn't going to get yours ruined. You smiled at the gentleman in front of you. No matter what happens to him, he will always be there for you and there's no doubt that you'd do the same for him.

Walking into the chemistry lab, you noticed how the benches were cleared, no equipments and chemical solutions on them, just a clear wooden table, which raised your suspicions. Your questions were answered as you all sat down which gave the teacher the opportunity to explain.

"Since all of you finished your assignments and exams, we are doing a full lesson on experiments, simply just for the purpose of fun."

He then pulled out a big trolley full of different chemicals and equipment on multiple trays. You heard most of your classmates sigh in relief as they figured they wouldn't have to stress about tests and assignments for another month or so which buys them alot of time to calm down and relax before their brains get to work again. You never picked favorites when it comes to teachers because you know that their just trying to help the education of students to the best of their abilities but Mr Marshal would be the closest to your favourite.

As he sets up his lab bench in front of the classroom, with the students having their own quiet conversations, you asked him what experiments he would be presenting. He replied with a smile and a 'you'll see' which made you even more curious as he sets up equipment and chemicals that you've seen only in your father's lab, never at school, which peeked your interest even further.

As he sets up his station, Mr Marshal's face contorted in surprise, eyes widening a little, as he remembered something.

"Oh yea, I forgot. Your all going on a school trip in two weeks."

"What trip is that?" You asked before anyone had the chance. He pulls out a paper poster, turning it around.

"Summer Camp!" He cheered happily.
