The Gift

N's P.O.V

I feel eyes staring at me. I've felt them staring at me for over a month. I know tonight is going to be the night when my captures will take me. Tonight will be my last outing in a while. Tonight might be my last chance at living. Everything was resting on tonight and I can't let this night go to waste. As soon as the school bell rang signaling the end of school I ran from school to a place I know no one will find me. The willow tree deep in the forest is my secret hang out. I would come here all the time with my dad when I was younger. He would tell me stories about my aunt, Lena. I take out a brand new journal I had just bought at Target. I just hope everything will go according to plan. One wrong step and I'll be doomed. Before sealing the present I leave one last thing in the journal. I look around making sure no one can see me before I slip my necklace in the back of the journal. The necklace held one thing that I knew my captures wanted a single golden key

Hey guys I'm back. School is almost out for me and I'm still stuck in quarantine so I think it's time to start another story. If you have read Legends Never Die then I recommend reading it.
