Checking the clock after waking up, it read 5:00 PM. We slept basically the entire day. Looking down at Nessa, I felt my heart swell up with pride. I have the best girlfriend ever.
I got off of Nessa and tried to wake her. She began stirring in her sleep but didn't open her eyes.
"Nessa, come on, wake up. I think the 6 hours are up." Hearing that, she sprung up and ran to Sabi's room.
"Nessa wait!" I said, trying to go after her. This girl is gonna be the death of me.
When I got to the room, I saw Nessa kneeling beside Sabi.
Vanessa's POV
"How are you feeling sis?" I asked.
Just because you put a spell on that baby, doesn't mean I'll stop trying to get him or you.
That voice. What does he want with Sabi and Ryan's unborn child or me?
I must've spaced out because I felt someone waving their hand in my face.
"Yeah sorry. What were you saying?"
"I said I'm fine just hungry. Is everything okay?" Sabi asked. I looked around the room and saw the look of concern on everyone's face.
"Yeah, I am." I said assuring them and myself.
Ryan suddenly got off the bed.
"I have an idea. We should go out for dinner. We've been stressed out and anxious for the past few days. We deserve a night out." Ryan suggested.
We all agreed and went to shower and get dressed.
Sabi and I were searching for an outfit while the boys went back to their place to get ready.
"I don't know what to wear!" I heard Sabi yell from her bedroom.
"Same!" I yell back. We looked at each other from our doorways and yelled, "Switch!" I went into her closet and she went into mine.
After searching for 15 minutes, I found the perfect outfit for Sabi. I placed her outfit on her bed and walked back to my room.
"Hey, did you find anything?" I asked.
"Yup and you're gonna love it. Maybe Marvin will love it even more." She said smirking, making me blush.
"Girl, shut up." I said laughing and Sabi joined in.
"Okay we have roughly 2 hours before the guys come back so we better hurry." And with that, I walked into the bathroom in my room and Sabi did the same. Coming out of the shower, I dried off, put on my necessities and lotioned up using my favorite coconut-scented Shea butter lotion. Walking to the bed, I picked up the outfit Sabi picked out for me.
I quickly put on the outfit then sat at my vanity to do my makeup. I didn't feel like going all out so I kept it natural with mascara, eyeliner and some clear lip gloss. Since I got my hair done in dreads, I decided to put it up in a bun. After fighting for about 10 minutes with it, I finally finished. I put in my gold hoops, grabbed my clutch and phone before checking myself in the mirror.
