Toni POV:

i huffed closing my laptop and my notebook. school has been hard lately since everyone is practically home schooled cuz of the whole virus, schools aren't opening back up for the rest of the year. and it's really taken a tole on me.

i'm more of an in person hands on learner. even tho ion really like going to school. this online school shit ain't working for me. stressing me the hell out. not only that but now im home 24/7. its kinda weird since me and my mom don't exactly have a 
relationship"

we kinda just chill and mind our business. there's nun special about our "BoNd" i guess is what u call it. to top it off i've put on a few pounds. since i eat like 10x more when im bored.

i walked over to my bed where my phone was buzzing. picking it up there was a simple text from zo

Zo: come over.

i locked it throwing it back down. i wasn't really sure if i wanted to tbh. every time i go over there now Gelo starts some bullshit with me. we didn't exactly have a cool friendship anymore. and it was obvious that something was bothering him, but he never mentioned it. instead he did his best to get on my nerves.

i ran my hands thru my hair as i sat on the end of my bed asking myself if i should go hang out or not. i have been blowing them off for almost 2 weeks. i'm not sure if blowing them off again will go so well. they clearly are starting to pick up on me not wanting to be around. 

going in my bathroom i brushed my hair and slid on a decent outfit. before grabbing my phone and face mask. i called and uber and had it drop me off down the street from they house. 

2 minutes later i arrived at their doorstep. i huffed as i gave it a good knock. hopefully they aren't doing to much. i'd kindly take my ass back home.

melo opened the door shocked to see me.

Melo: wassup??? i didnt think u were gonna come.

he said grabbing the top of my head pulling me into him. he used one arm to hug me and the other to pat the top of my head.

one thing about melo is he was a very odd kid. but that seems to be what everyone likes about him. he's weird but in a good way and extremely goofy. i used to get upset when he does the head pat gesture. 

but i grew used to it. in fact if he doesn't do it. its weird. ig thats just how he shows his affection to me.

walking in i rolled my eyes at the fact that melo instantly started smacking on the pop tart that i assume was in his pocket. he got close behind me so that his mouth was next to my ear. i nudged him and he did a stupid lil scream before running off.

Me: here he go with the bullshit.

i said under my breath the and i walked into the kitchen where i found zo and eli and DC.

Me: wassup.

everyone looked my way.

Zo: damn sis dont do that u scared me!

dc was holding his chest.

Eli: i was fasho u wasn't gonna come.

Me: yeah yeah yeah... i said nodding sitting at the table next to them.
