I silenced her by smashing my lips onto hers.
"I love you." I accidentally blurted out.
She hesitated. Did I say it too soon?
"I love you, too." Mia finally said. "I never stopped."
"And I never will." I assured her.

"Was the baby a boy or a girl?" I asked her. We've been talking about the baby ever since Mia calmed down. I've been asking her questions and she's been answering me honestly but I decided not to go too far, since I found a hint of sadness in her eyes everytime the baby was mentioned.
"Girl." She whispered.
"How old was she when you..." I began.
"Lost her?" Mia asked. I nodded. "Six months."
She would've given birth to her 3 months after.
"Oh." I replied. "Did you, uh, have a name in mind?"
She looked up at me and smiled.
"Nah, sorry." She smiled. "Why?"
I shook my head. "No reason."
"Do you have a name in mind?" Mia asked me.
I smiled. "What if I did?"
"Tell me." She smirked.
"But what if you don't like it?" I teased.
"Then we wouldn't have to use it." Mia said, sticking her tongue out. "We really won't use it anyway..."
She looked close to tears, so I wrapped my arms around her.
"I would've named her Belinda." I told her.
"Why Belinda?" She asked.
"Because it means very beautiful." I explained. "Which is exactly how she would've turned out to be like."
