This book has been altered slightly in some parts to fit the character Casey into the storyline. Some scenes may be completely different from the original story, since the focus is not on Thomas. The main characters in this story are Newt and Casey (my own character that I made up.) This story is written in first person, and the point of view switches between Newt and Casey. The story starts off at the beginning of the original story, but not from Thomas's dream.
This story is purely just fan fiction. All credit, including the book cover, goes towards James Dashner, the writer of Maze Runner. I've wanted to write fan fiction for a while, so I thought I would try it out. I hope you like it:)
