Chapter 24: Wonderful night

Love is majestic! It can make a rigid person dramatic. That was the imposing Captain, Vince Garcia turned to. The moment he captured those thin red lips, a powerful sensation instantly enveloped his entire being. He had few short romances with women before, but he was never this happy. Before, he thought the phrase 'you complete me' was too cringy, until this special moment. He was complete. Finally, he found the comfortable feeling he's been yearning for every night. Prince Aiji filled the hidden void in his heart.

The light kiss deepened as Vince explored the prince's lips, sucking up and down. The stunned prince was frozen, so Vince reluctantly pulled away and looked at the speechless prince. His gaze was too tender. Then, he extended his hand to caress the blushing face.

"Dari... How...did you know?" 

Prince Aiji was truly surprised.

Vince's caressing hand crept to the pair of thin, red lips, too eager to invade it again. 

"Prince Aiji, even if I don't remember those important memories, but my heart is telling me that you are special. You are very special that I almost lost my mind many times before. When you're not in my sight, I feel restless. I am anxious if you are not beside me. Do you know how I want to hug you so bad? It was driving me crazy...

Prince Aiji's tears fell. Those innocent eyes were crying yet they were glowing. His teardrops were sparkling, filled with joy.

Vince wiped those falling tears.

'I'm sorry for hurting you, but from now on I will do all my best to make you happy. I will make up for those miserable days. And I will also do my best to improve my skills to protect you from anyone who will come after us. My prince, I won't allow anyone to come and take you away from me." 

It was heartfelt. The mentally unstable prince was sobbing, overwhelmed with his emotions, he barely managed to utter a few words at first.

"Dari... I was extremely scared...when you were unconscious... I felt the fear I never felt before... Then you finally woke up, I was very happy... But when you didn't recognize me... and lost all your memories...I was hurt, I was truly hurt. But, I told myself that...it's alright, as long as you are with me, it doesn't matter if you lost your memory. But lately...I realized that you, without your memory...isn't the Dari that I knew...The Dari that I can hug whenever I want to... and the Dari that loves me dearly... But what I feared the most, was the possibility that you will...you will find another person and...leave me one day..." 

This burden was kept in Prince Aiji's heart. Vince was hurt. For many days, the prince was suffering from pain and loneliness but still managed to protect him. Unable to find the exact words to comfort the emotional prince, Vince took him into his arms. 

"Prince Aiji, I promise that I will never leave you, so please rest assured that it will never happen again." 

Vince embraced the crying prince. His left hand was hooked at the slender waist while his right was caressing the long and soft hair.

Prince Aiji embraced him back, tightly.

They were hugging each other for a long while, filling up their hearts. Later, the eager Vince carried the prince to the mat that was laid on the wooden floor.

With his eyes looking straight to Prince Aiji's red, yet glowing eyes, Vince gently put his prince. He stared at the beautiful face, his hand kept caressing the soft and smooth cheeks.

"My prince, do you know how beautiful your timid face is? It's driving me crazy..." 

There was a blazing desire in Vince's eyes.
