I damn near turned my whole apartment upside down looking for the gun. I was sitting on my couch just replaying the events in my head. Did I take it out to my car? Did somebody take it?

I can't wait until my cameras come in, I'll be able to see what exactly goes on. My phone started going off in the other room taking me out of my thoughts.

"Hey mom, how's dad?"

We had on-going conversation. Dad is alright, the test doesn't come back for another day. We're trying not to get too much into our heads, but he's keeping self quarantined for now. This whole situation is really terrifying. If he is positive that means mom is too.. I don't even know what I'd do if I lost them both, but I can't think about that too much.

I didn't tell her about anything that's been going on, I don't want to worry her especially with all of this going on.

I spent the rest of my day doing my usual spot cleaning, talking to Jeremy and the obvious, watching Netflix. Everyday just seems like deja vu the longer this pandemic continues. I try not to travel as much as possible, only for the essential things. Speaking of which I'm out of toilet paper.

I went to roses as usual and grabbed what I needed and quickly left the store. It felt like a good day to just go on a drive, its extremely nice out, but of course there's nothing open.

I stopped by Dairy Queen and grabbed a small chocolate blizzard and decided that there was nothing better to do, but go to the overlook. It's this beautiful outlook to the city that my friends and I always visited, so that's where I'm going to go to eat my ice cream.

I pulled up to the outlook and grabbed my ice cream. As I sat on the bench sitting at the edge of the cliff, my head got the best of me. I kept thinking about the events that have been happening. Chills over ran my body as the wind blew over me. I had finished my ice cream and just continued to sit there and let the wind and environment ease me.

This all was soon interrupted by a dog barking. My gaze immediately moved to the dog running down the hill. His owner was far behind him, basically at the top of the hill while the dog was at the bottom.

I quickly stood up and made my way to my car, you never know how dogs can react to new people. The dog made its way to my car and started sniffing around. He probably smells my ice cream. I was startled as he jumped up on my window and started barking at me.

I quickly turned my car on and started to drive off. His owner would catch up to him soon anyways.

Nala welcomed me with kisses as I walked into my apartment. Again I got a really weird feeling as soon as I stepped into my apartment, but I just brushed it off.
