"minhee, stop! it hurts!" y/n cried while trying to get out of minhee's tight grip on her hand.
she was talking to taehyun a minute ago when minhee suddenly came out of nowhere and pulled her hand forcefully away without her saying goodbye to taehyun.
y/n felt his grip loosen and he took her to an empty classroom. he closed the door behind them and y/n immediately roughly shook her hand from his hand.
he faced her with a irritated expression on his face, "why were you with him?"
y/n rolled her eyes, "why can't i? and why are we here?" minhee scoffed, putting both of his hands on his hips, "what do you mean "why can't i?", you're a top student but can't even read what other people feel?!"
"i'm a student not a psychic!" she said, clearly annoyed. "why are you acting this way?" she added. he ruffled his hair frustratingly, "then why are you acting up this way?"
"if you like him so much then go to him then!" he suddenly shouted, shocking y/n and she stepped backwards.
minhee's eyes softened, "i'm, uh, sorry, i was just-" y/n turned around and walked out the door. minhee hitted his head for being stupid, "y/n! y/n!"
he called, going after her. "y/n! y/n?" he opened the door and his tone changed. he was confused, she was standing in front of the door with her arms crossed.
"um, i thought-"
"you told me to go to taehyun if i like him so much, but i stayed with you because i love you so much," she told him with a smirk on her lips, her arms still crossed.
she stepped forward to where he was, making him a tad bit flustered. "w-what are you doing right now?"
she reached his height and leaned in his ear, "if i liked taehyun, would i do this to him?" she whispered faintly in his ear, before leaning back to his face.
she inspected his now red face and how he was trying to avoid eye contact as much as possible, she slightly smiled to herself and leaned in again to his lips and pecked it quickly.
it was a very quick peck, but minhee felt like time stopped for a moment as soon as her lips landed to his.
y/n went back to her position and looked straightly at his eyes.
"if you're going be jealous, be cuter, honey. but you're cute as you are though," she winked and pinched his cheeks.
minhee at this point was dumbfounded and confused but his stomach was full of fluttering butterflies.
she giggled at his expression, "don't forget our date later okay? you're paying or you're dead, " she said with a huge smile on her face, before turning back against him and skipped away.
minhee froze at his position, still speechless. he titled his head, "i thought she thinks i'm cute when i'm jealous? atleast, she called me cute," he whispered to himself, cupping his burning cheeks.
"oh hey dude! i've been looking for you everywhere!" taehyun called minhee from afar with a smile on his face.
minhee's expression fell when he heard his voice and he flipped his hair before walking away.
"i don't speak with people who y/n doesn't like," he muttered with a smug look on his face, continuing to walk with full on confidence making taehyun scratch his head.
"um, you drop your wallet? uh minhee?"
