Kan-chan! I did it! I made it to UA!

I knew you could, congratulations Deku!

And just like that, our first day of high school was here, I stood at the door waiting for Deku. "Today already, I want to try and be on time," I said as he hurried and put on his shoes. "Bye, auntie i promise I'll take care of him," I waved as we both walked down the hall and out of the building. "I'm so proud of you both!"

"We're both in the same class this year, I entrust you to take good care of me again," I smiled at Deku. He smiled back, nodding quickly as we neared the school. The halls seemed just as big as before, "class 1-A, class 1-A...here it is...the most amazing students are here." I noticed Deku's legs slightly trembling, "Deku, before we step inside...I have your back okay?" I mumbled out, he turned to face me and turned quickly back at the door. "Right..let's have a good year," he managed to say through his teeth.

We were both shocked to see Kacchan there, his feet comfortably sitting on top of his desk. There was a boy with glasses, his movements almost robotic as he scolded Kacchan. "I'm gonna have fun tearing you a new one," I bit my lip attempting to keep myself from laughing as the stranger gasped. "Are you threatening me?!" Turning over, I took a peak at Deku I noticed his frightened expression, "psst, it's okay, I'm sure it won't be that bad this year," I comforted, although I wasn't sure who I was trying to convince him or myself.

Just as I did so they both looked over at the doorway, "it's him," I heard the stranger say. Deku stiffened, nervously looking around as he said hello. "I am Iida Tenya," the robotic stranger said as he walked towards Deku. "I know, I know, I'm Midoriya Izuku. It's super nice to meet you," Deku said, nervously placing his hands up. Tenya turned to me with an expectant look, "I'm Takahashi Kana. Pleased to meet you, Iida Tenya." He stared at me for a moment before turning back to Deku. "Midoriya, you must be very observant right? You must've realized the practical exam had more than just enemy points. I misjudged, you are far superior to me."

I giggled, "i recognize you two!" A girls voice interrupted. "Right, hi! Umm...thank you for uh talking...uh..with them umm," I mentally sparked Deku as his face quickly reddened at the sight of the girl. With excitement laced all throughout her voice the girl continued to talk, asking questions about today's orientation. She's still just as sweet and nice as the last time we met.

Just as she finished speaking, I noticed a yellow worm like object on the ground. "If you're here to just be friends then you can go now." "Wow...it talked," I pointed at it, both Deku and the girl quieting at the sight.

"Hello, I'm Aizawa Shota. I'll be your teacher," I looked at him a blankly, he looks so familiar...where have I seen this guy? Aizawa...

"Anyway, let's get started. Put these on and head outside into the courtyard," he said as he pulled himself out of his yellow worm suit. As we all stepped outside, I felt a pair of eyes on me but I couldn't seem to find their source. "We're having a quirk assessment test, how weird but I guess that's what we should expect for UA huh?" Deku's face had drained of color, "what's wrong?" I whispered. "You didn't hear him? Last person in this assessment gets expelled." I nodded at him, "then you just have to beat whoever that person is." His eyes went dark, "c'mon...you can do it."

"Bakugo, you got the highest score in the entrance exam. Throw this with your quirk," I kept my gaze on the teacher, "alright, just so you know I won't be holding back." With a sudden boom, the softball Kacchan had was sent flying, the numbers registering on the small machine Aizawa had in his hand.

705.2, not at all bad.

"Amazing! This should be fun! Getting to use our quirk all we want," someone said, "fun huh? Do you think the three years you spend here are just for fun ? The person who comes last as I mentioned...will be expelled immediately. Let's see how fun it'll be now." A devilish smile taking over his face. I felt a chill run through my body, what kind of a man...he's even scarier than I anticipated.

"Show me you're not here by mistake. Let's get started," he finished. Up next to the ball toss was the girl from earlier, Ururaka Ochako, her quirk zero gravity. "This should be interesting," I mumbled as she stepped inside the circle. She sucked in a quick breath holding it as she let go of the softball, "release," she mumbled her face turning slightly green. After her came Todoroki his distance equally matching Kacchan's as a giant glacier of ice shot the ball away. It didn't take long until Deku and I were the last to go up, I gave him a smile before entering the white circle.

Naturally, I could use fire to boost the ball forward the way Kacchan did and then with air I can probably make it go further.

Flawless plan if you ask me, "today princess we don't have all day," I heard Kacchan scoff, I gave him a frown puffing out my cheeks at his comment. Without hesitation, I threw the back as hard as I could simultaneously using fire and air to give it distance. I stood in the circle awaiting Mr. Aizawa's machine to tell me the distance, he stood there with a blank look in his face ignoring the beep of the machine. He just stared at me before clearing his throat, "706.3." I nodded, a tad uncomfortable as he continued to stare, "that was amazing!" Ururaka whispered over to me. I thanked her silently turning to look at Deku, it was his turn but for some reason I wasn't able to concentrate.

"I thought your quirk was to control water," I hear a familiar voice. "Todoroki, so you finally come to me first," I smiled. He didn't seem interested in my comment though, his eyes looking distant again the way they had during the entrance exam.
