Violet's POV

I took a nice long hot shower then stepped out and dried off before putting on my black lace panties and a black sports bra. I wasn't joking about getting dicked down tonight but I also knew if I wore a lace bra, my boobs would be bouncing the entire training session so I had to stick with a sports bra. I slipped on black leggings that perfectly hugged my ass, lets hope I didn't distract Roman to much.

I then brushed out my hair and tied it into a high ponytail grabbed my phone and water bottle then began to head to the performance center. Once arriving at the performance center, I placed my water and phone in my locker then headed to stand with the rest of the participants. To no ones surprise they all distanced themselves from me, which was fine by me. I wasn't here to make friends. As long as they kept their mouths shut there would be no problems at all.

Right at the stroke of 8am the shield walked through the door and stood in the middle of the ring as usual." Pair up, we're getting in the ring today. I don't care how much or how little experience you have, you will listen to my brothers and I when we instruct you to do something. If I tell you to jump, the next words out of your mouth better be how high. Understood?" Roman asked and for some reason his gaze lingered on me. I'm not sure why, I always listen.

"Yes sir." We all said in unison, yes even I said it. I know I'm as shocked as anyone else.

"Alright what are you waiting for then, pair up." Dean said and everyone began to pair up. To no ones surprise, no one wanted to pair with me. It was like highschool all over again.

"Everyone have a partner, raise your hand if you don't." Seth said and only I raised my hand.

"Alright, come here Violet I'll be your partner." Seth said and I nodded then entered the ring. "Everyone else break out with your partners to one of the three rings. Myself and my brothers will be demonstrating the exercises in each individual ring." He said and everyone including Dean and Roman began to move around. I noticed Roman had snuck a look at my ass, definitely glad I chose these leggings. Once everyone was evenly distributed to the various rings lessons began.

"Alright I'm going to demonstrate with Violet exactly what I want each pair to do. And when I say exactly I mean exactly. Got it?" Seth asked.

"Yes sir." Everyone said. We really were in the army.

"The first combo is going to be very simple. Violet is going to run the ropes towards me, I'm gonna drop to the mat. She's gonna bounce back against the rope by that time I'll have gotten up and I'm gonna hit her with a standing drop kick then we'll switch positions." Seth explained and stood in the center of the ring.

"Go ahead Violet." He instructed and I ran towards him, then jumped over him as he dropped down then I bounced back and he sold the drop kick. I then got up and we reversed the roles, I was honestly proud of how good my dropkicks were getting.

"Great job, Violet. Go ahead and stand outside the ring till the next drill. Next pair come on in." Seth said and the next pair entered and did the drill. The drills were going fine until one person tripped over their partner instead of jumped over them and most of the class laughed although I didn't see what was funny.

"Drop and give me 50 push ups those who laughed, this is a learning environment." Seth said helping the girl off the ground who tripped.

"Violet please join me in the ring again." Seth said and I entered the ring once again." Since you guys seem to think the last drill was so easy let's go up a notch. We'll be practicing moves off the top rope. It can be any move just communicate with your partner otherwise they won't be there to catch you or cushion your fall." Seth explained.
