Hi! Welcome to my first Harry x Reader story! This is based off of the books and some movie scenes. You will be going through first year with The Philosopher's Stone. Here are just some quick info about the book and it's author (myself)
My name is Ariana I perfer you call me Riri instead. Thanks. My last name's Parkinson, yes I know you probs think I'm faking it cause there's a Slytherin pug called Pansy Parkinson. I assure you, I am NOT faking it. I actually liked my name up until I read the books just to find out that there's this bitch who tries coming at the trio and her last name's Parkinson. So let's pretend my last name ISN'T Parkinson. Thanks.

I wasn't sure whether to give you a name or not, comment right here whether you'd prefer to be called (Y/N) or a random (nice and not sounding as though it came from the medieval era) name.
(Y/N)'s character
(Y/N) has never heard of her parents, they actually died is all she knows when she was really young. She was taken in by her foster parents who don't treat her well. They do give her meals and what not, but it's not to the extent where she can be satisfied.
She doesn't know she's a witch but she's had clues of unknown and unspeakable magic over the years.
For example, one time where she pranked Chloe (foster parents' daughter) for being just a down-right bitch, she was sent to her very tiny room with only an apple.
That's not enough to feed one person for 4 hours (her punishment time) and out of nowhere a whole feast is right before her eyes!
Her relationship with Harry: I think everyone's been waiting for this part. You have to remember that they're only 11 as of now. They will, however, become more and more closer over the years.
Her attitude: I love this part. Her character is based off of my own, so I'm sorry if her confidence and what not isn't matching yours. (I already sound so big headed.)
She is confident, very loud and very defensive as well as being protective. You don't want to get on the wrong end of her wand OR her fist. *cough cough* Draco Malfoy has another thing coming. She is very sassy (Harry has found his match) and will fight anyone, big or small, so you guys don't have to worry about commenting anything sassy, she will have already beaten you to it.
THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT AND IF YOU DON'T READ THIS RN THEN YOU WON'T UNDERSTAND:
She will get some odd sort of powers that she can't understand but as the years go by, she'll learn the concept. I think you're going to enjoy this bit.
Now, this is very important cause I don't want my story getting accused for "cOpYrIgHT" when it's not.
I have changed some of the plot, number 1. This is a FANFICTION so I don't own the series, number 2. I don't own anything but the little bits of change in the plot, and ofc I don't own you. But I own the actions made by the character of which is supposedly played by the reader, (Y/N) but that doesn't mean I OWN YOU, number 3. That's all. All credits to Jk rowling and Warner Bros because they were in the making of Harry Potter film series and the book series.
