Kimayah Carter 💋 I quickly rushed upstairs and burst into the guest bedroom. To see ayesha sitting on the phone in the bed smiling.
"So you can't greet my family no?" I cut my eyes
At this point, I've given up with even begging my family to let her stay here. From tomorrow, I want her to go.
"I was tired babeeeee" she pouted
"So you're in MY HOUSE, my FAMILY home and you can't even greet my family. As well as that, what did you say to my sister? If you're coming in my house to disrespect, I'll make sure you go back to wherever tomorrow. I don't play that shit" I semi-yelled
"Babe it's the pregnancy hormones. I promise. It was obvious that I was quite startled by that girl coming in here and making sooooo much noise. Like, I found that quite rude" she said
"To be fair, it's her house. She didn't know you were even in here. Whatever you said to her, you need to apologise or get out.." I smiled
I really hated being rude, but she's got to learn to have respect in my household.
"Follow me" I said as I lead her downstairs into where my family were sitting.
I could hear loud murmurs and no one took any notice of me standing there. I awkwardly cleared my throat..
"Hey guys. Someone's here to meet you" I smiled, giving ayesha a small nudge and the side eye
Everyone's attention turned to face me. When my dad saw who was stood next to me, he tensed and his face slyly dropped to the floor. He was probably thinking "is this the girl she's rolling with" he was probably shocked.
"Heeeeeeyyyy. I'm Ayeshaaa. Mayah's friend. Obviously, she said I could stay here for a few days. Maybe until likeee January the 3rd, or possibly later. Depending on the circumstances. But Thanks for welcoming me into your lovely house. It's bare leng" she smiled
I looked at her with a blank expression on my face. My mum looked at me with wide eyes. I had to mouth " I did not say that" I dunno what possessed this girl to say that I SAID, she could stay until January the 3rd?? I really didn't say anything of the sort. I said she could stay for the Christmas, but I guess she got that wrong.
I nudged her again to remind her that she's forgetting something. Hopefully she remembers..
"Oh and you.. erm I don't know you like that. But I'm sorry for being a bit rude to you. I was just a bit scared" she smiled as she faced tamiyah.
"Kimayah, I don't want your friend here" she screwed and faced the other way
I'm guessing that Ayesha's vibe was just off because my family are usually very welcoming and friendly.
"Anywaysss Nice to meet you Kion and... I didn't quite catch your name" she smiled as she attempted to shake my parents' hands
My mum just looked at her hand "my names miyah"
"Nice to meet you auntie miy miy. I'm going back to my room. Call me when dinners ready. Im starving" she smiled and ran back upstairs
When I said to her "make yourself at home" I didn't think she'd get this comfortable and start making herself apart of the furniture.
"Don't worry she's leaving tomorrow. I'll make sure of it" I smiled and sat in between my mum and dad.
"I missed you guysssss" I hugged them both
"We missed you tooooo. Would've been nice to have some FAMILY time but it's whatever" my sister said whilst paying attention to what was on the tv
"Anyways, whatttt's the plans for Christmas this year?" I asked my mum
Dad usually helps out but my mum is the main one who organises everything. By the way my house was decorated, it was evident that we were hosting Christmas for the 3rd time in a row.

My mum always goes overboard with the decorations. She likes to make sure it's all perfect and we have a set theme and colour code. We love the festive seasons. The cold winters by the fire place, drinking hot chocolates whilst binge watching Netflix shows 😍 I love it.
"As per usual we're hosting Christmas here. Lots of people are coming" she said
"Like who?" I asked
"From my side of the family. Abuela and Abuelo, Camilla,Monae,Ricardo,Kimberly,Martina,Carlita, Pablo, king, anais, Ashanti, asharnie and Rio" my mum said
"Oh and Tion is bringing Chelsea and kye of course" tamiyah said
"I haven't seen Ashanti and Asharnieee for timeee, I missed them so much. I'm actually excited. What about from your side dad?" I asked
"Well we have a lot of people this year. We have your uncle Leon who'll be bringing the kids dem. So, dajan,Kayan , Xavier,Kavani, devontae and renae as well as there mum Michelle. Keisha is coming with kayden and I think we might have auntie Lynette and Dwayne aswell but knowing them, they're unreliable" he said
"Wowww, full house this year innit. I'm excited to see uncle Leon's lot though. Especially Dajan and Kayan" I smiled
"Christmas Day is due to be stressful. I need to work out where everyone's sleeping. I think we can have Ashanti,Renee and monae in your room. Anais, Kayan and asharnie in tamiyah's room" my mum said
"Then obviously tion, Chelsea and kye In tions old room. The boys have to stay in the front room because my mum and dad have to sleep in the spare room. Camila and the rest ain't staying" my mum said
She seemed very stressed out. She had to also cook, clean and wrap presents. Being a mum looks too hard, I am not trying to be a mother for another 60 years + 10.
"If you need help with anything, just tell me and I'll do what I can. Whens everyone starting to come over?" I asked
"Tion is coming from tomorrow and Leon and his lot should be coming tomorrow evening or the following morning. I think the rest will come on the day but I haven't confirmed it" my mum said as she walked into the kitchen
"Dad, make sure you help her. There's a lot to do. But anyways, I'm gonna go and wrap presents" I smiled and ran upstairs to my room.
I sat on my bed and sighed to myself. We've got a busy weekend ahead of us and I'm really not ready for it. I shut my eyes and drifted off into a deep sleep.
A/N: I know it's not Christmas loool but the time frame would be Christmas of 2019, going into 2020. Very boring and short filler chapter, but more passa soon to come.
