Chapter 4

Damen POV 

After I had left her house. I couldn't fall asleep. Tomorrow was the day Alaska was going to find her mate. The girl I've been in love with is going to find her mate. I have been in love with her for quite some time, but it's her lack of emotion that I couldn't tell if she had liked me.I at least wanted to be able to spend some time with her and become more than friends, but no that had to be shattered because tomorrow she was turning 18 and has to find her fucking mate. I knew she didn't want her mate, so why would she want me if she didn't even want who was supposed to be her soul mate. 

I'm such an idiot. 

I sighed in frustration. I haven't found my mate and it's been a year since I have turned 18 and I still couldn't find her. When you turn 18 you are supposed to be able to find your mate, but unlucky people like me don't find them until we're 20. I turned my head to see the clock. 

12:29am

I needed to go to sleep. Tomorrow was the day she was going to find her mate. The perks of being the Alpha's daughter. When they turn 18 the Alpha's organize a huge birthday bash and invite all the packs to the party and that way they can find their mate, or the other way if they have a son. Sleep took over me as I  began to think of Alaska and her mate, together but found it impossible since even the mention of it set her off.

Alaska's POV

 I woke up with Rose, the servant, lightly shaking me awake. 

"Miss Alaska, the alpha has asked for you to get ready for this mornings' events." I looked at her like she had grown to heads.

How did I get here? Last thing I remembered I was in my room. He probably sent one of his servants to get me.Was she really waking me up this early to get dressed? I glared at her. She panicked and quickly ran out the room.

I felt as if I was being carried and whoever it was was really comfortable. I woke up to see Cade. God, he was gorgeous, but he was also my father's third in command. He opened a door and then stopped in the middle.

"What do you think you are doing?" I snarled.

"The Alpha has ordered for you to be thrown in a bath." I looked around to notice we were in a bathroom and we were above a bathtub, well, I was until he dropped me and I landed in the freezing cold as shit water. I never knew I had it in me to scream, but today I screamed as if all hell broke loose. He walked out and shot his head in before he left.

"Today I am going to be with you all during your bash and the alpha said this was to be your punishment for not waking up when told to. Forgive me." I could feel my blood boiling with anger. I swear if I was a fucking weapon I would have caused some serious shit.

"Are you fucking serious?!" I started to yell profanities at the door. I knew he was outside, but eventually I stopped and made sure to take the longest bath. My dress was on one of the hooks, but there was no way in hell I was wearing that now and I was sure in hell I was going to make my father and Cade pay. I walked out of the bathroom, but naked. Hahahaha this motherfucker was going to pay.

"Cade," I said with one hand on my hip and the other on the side of the door. He cleared his throat and tried to keep his eyes from my exposed both. I was mentally laughing.

"Y-Ye-Yes." I could already see the bulge in between his jeans. Hahahahah. This was way much more fun than I thought.

"Can you help me with something," I said with my seductively sweet voice while I fluttered my eyes. I started to close the distance between us until I was right in front of him.
