Hyunjin nodded slowly, sighing to himself. "But I thought they were just myths." You say in disbelief, surly they were just vampires or humans like everyone else?

"You believe vampires are real right?" He says.
You stared at him for a moment realizing that you sounded stupid asked such a question.

"Right."

"What are they doing here anyways?" You decided to change the subject of the conversation.
"See.. that's the thing. We don't know what their business is. Minho and Jisung have been trying to look into it. Try to see if there's any useful information but so far.. we've got nothing."

"I see.." You respond and leaned back onto the couch, "What should we do? We go to school tomorrow."

"That's what I was going to explain next.." He started, "One of us will stay by your side at all times, you can't leave any of our sides."
"Wait why? What would they want me for?" You asked, feeling more concerned and honestly nervous about this entire thing.

"We never really told you since we didn't think it would need to be said, but now we might have a threat so now is a good time." He says, that only making you more nervous which you didn't even think was possible. "You happen to have the rarest blood type, and with that there. That means many immortal beings have been looking for this blood type for a long time. For centuries they've been trying to find your specific blood. That's one of the things that we believe that they're here for." Hyunjin says, finishing explaining a good chunk of everything that's been going on.

You needed a second to process this, questions and theory's building up in your mind. Trying to think for a moment before finally speaking up.
"Okay." Was all you could get out, "I'm sorry that this is happening to you, I wish it wouldn't but for now we just need to take each next step cautiously and slowly." Hyunjin said pulling you close to him, as he brought you into a tight and warm hug.

You nodded slowly, "Okay. I got this. Everything will be okay right?" "I can't make any promises but I know for sure that me, Chan, jisung, and everyone else will do everything we can to keep you safe and out of their filthy hands."

You smiled softly, feeling protected and safe in his arms. You knew that everything should be okay, but you definitely had your doubts. Now it isn't that you doubt hyunjin and the rest of straykids to protect you. You're just now finding out about these demon creatures, that might be here for your blood because it's a rare type.

What would they want with your blood? And now you'll be practically guarded at all times, you tried your best to not seem stressed out about this entire thing. Putting on a brave smile as you sat up from your relaxed-cuddling position on hyunjin and looked him in the eyes.

He gave you a warm and endearing smile, grabbing your face gently with his hands and placed a light kiss on your forehead and then your nose and then just a little peck on the lips.

"Everything will be okay, just trust me."

"I do trust you."

Heyyy it's been ages omg 😭🤚 I've been brainstorming how I want this to go and now I have some more ideas about this fanfic. Imma do eight teen as two half chapters, I'll post the next one as soon as I can!
