Chapter 18

Mina's POV

I was at the gathering area waiting for an instruction. The coordinator was lecturing and instructing the other students while I was sitting at the back together with some girls. Hua was helping the coordinator handling the people.

Then I saw Kaito walking and being tailed by Sato. Kaito was kind of annoyed  with Sato while Sato was acting wierd today... It's odd. He was being calm and... Nice??? To Kaito today. I wonder what happened. They were like talking but Kaito kind of pissed while Sato just following him and smiling at him.

Kaito was slapping Sato and it looks like a child being angry. He was pouting and staring as if he was threatening Sato to go away. "Look at the way Sato being nice to Kaito today" Camille said. "Yeah, it's kind of odd and wierd at the same time" Jasmine said. "Aren't they cute?" Lucy said

"Girls girls girls hold your horses. I smell something fishy around here" I said. "Oops that was me my bad"  Camille said as she took out her dried fish from her pocket. She giggled

"Mina come here for a sec" The coordinator called. I left the girls out and headed in front. I was standing as if I was a good child or something 😅  Stood beside me were Kaito, Hua and Sato. The five of us including the coordinator facing the other volunteers.

"Mina is in charge of the events, Kaito is in charge of your designated rooms and Hua is in charge of man power." She introduced us. She handled down to Kaito some papers. I think it was the list of names and their rooms."Tomorrow we'll be feeding children so we need you guys to wake up early tomorrow at 4 am in the morning." I said

"You heard her go to your room now and we'll be having lunch later. Go now chop chop" The coordinator said. There was a long line piled up in Kaito. Each person asking their rooms as they give their names. Sato was being nosy to Kaito

I was quietly observing them. I'm like a jaguar an ambush predator stalking a gazelle like a prey. Do Sato really find Kaito interesting? Something really bothers me. I can feel my guts saying that something wasn't right. Then I saw Hua carrying some bags full of fertilizer and some small shovel for tree planting. Kaito gazed upon Hua  as if he was looking at a food. He looks like he was drooling although he wasn't.

Does Kaito likes my boyfriend? 🤔 That can't be it right? I mean Kaito, Hua and I been together and he knows that he is my boyfriend. He wasn't even a gay or bisexual. Those boys are really getting to my nerves. They were acting strange today and it's driving me crazy. There's a lot of things coming to my head right now.

Then why does he shows some interest to my boyfriend right now? There is something really bothers me. I saw Sato was blushing as he stare at Kaito while seating like a dog. Seriously! What is wrong with these three boys? It's driving me curiously crazy.

Sato's POV

I was tailing Kaito for a while now and he keeps on distancing himself from me. I don't know why I can't stop following him but the guilt inside of me couldn't help it. "Stop following me! people might misunderstood us" Kaito said. "But what about Hua said? " I said as an excuse

He doesn't know after all, he thinks that Hua banged him last night but no it was me. I'm sorry it was an accident I was supposedly to banged some other girls but I banged you. "Can I atleast give you a drink?" I said. "No!" Stubbornly he said. "Some fruits?" I said. "No!"  He replied

"Snacks?" I said. "No!"  He said. Whatever I offer to him, he keeps on rejecting it. I am being nice and all while he was being stubborn and a pain in the ass. If I banged a girl and did not mistook the pill I guessed I already punch you in the face. I can't bare any guilt in me right now. But I'm gonna admit it's my first time doing it with a guys and I felt so much pleasure.

Then Kaito stood up facing the volunteers, beside him was Mina. I stood up next to Hua so he won't feel anxious. The coordinator introduced Mina, Kaito and Hua but apparently I wasn't 😒 What is wrong with them? I'm also good at helping people. Why am I not being introduced? This is unfair. The coordinator gave Kaito a list of the name of volunteers and their designated rooms. Hua passed through me and headed somewhere the busses area. I think he was about to unload the busses 🤔

I sneaked at Kaito's back while he was busy.
"Christopher Marasigan" Someone said. "You are at room 203 with Ian Valencia" Kaito replied. There was a line in front of Kaito and everytime they mentioned their names Kaito tells them what room and who is their roommate would be.

Then Kaito saw Hua from a distance carrying  some bags and shovels. Kaito's reaction was like a chick that will be eaten by a hawk. He looked so weak. His neck stretched showing off some veins and muscles. His skin was sweating, a drop of water flows smoothly down to his collar bone.  Suddenly the memories that happened last night passed by like a blink of an eye. I felt my heart beating so fast and I felt warm inside although the gathering area was covered and air-conditioned.

I gulped slowly and felt the air that comes out from my nose, it was steamy. I remembered how my lips touched his skin, It was like my lips touched a tender meat that I would like to bite. Then I felt a goosebumps, it was scary as if a demon was watching me. I suddenly snapped out from my utopia. I felt like a prey being watched by some hunter or something. I don't know who was watching me but it's scary.

My senses are coming back, I was shocked for a moment. What was I thinking? Why would I think like that to Kaito? He is a man! Well, I thanked the one that was watching me. I'm coming back to my senses whoever you are or whatever you are. My sanity level was going back to normal. I am taking care of Kaito because of a mistake nothing more and nothing less.
