Sato's POV

We were watching Kaito's debate. His competition was first. Our basketball league will start 2 days from now while Mina will be tomorrow.

We were at the school's auditorium where lots of people were watching. The topic was about mind and heart in other word, Love or Logic.

Kaito is defending Love coincidentally, his rival won the second round while Kaito won the first round. His rival choosed Logic to defend. It's quite interesting how they debate about it. Mina and Hua was sitting beside supporting Kaito. Of course 😘as his boyfriend I should support him. I already prepared a bottle of water in case he got dehydrated. After a short while it's Kaito's turn to defend.

He was defending it as if he was well educated and experienced it. Well of course he should be cause I'm the husband of my daring wife😉❤️. As time flies by he was about to end his debate. He quoted in a metaphoric way.

After that quotation the crowd cheered for him. I guessed everyone was in loved. It's already clear who won this round. The result of the debate will be announce at the end of the sport fest. After the debate Kaito greeted his rival. What a sport👏❤️ that's my wife alright.

While everyone was leaving, Mina, Hua, Kaito and I were about to exit the auditorium when suddenly we met his mother. "What are you doing here?" Mina asked unwelcomely. Her inner tiger instinct protecting Kaito. Hua was just looking at the situation but his face looks like as if he doesn't care. "Yeah why are you here Auntie?" I asked curiously.

"Guys relaxed, I invited her" Kaito said. We were surprised about it. Personally I'm happy to think that they already settled it. "Why and How?" Mina couldn't believe asking Kaito for a reason. "Well I call her and we met up again. This time was to settle everything." Kaito explained. 🤔🤔 Now that's why he asked for her number from me before. I get it now, I thought he have still grudges.

"I'm proud of you son" Auntie was holding his son's cheek. It was a nice view. It's heart warming scenery. "Come now we'll celebrate my treat" Aunt said.

We came with her to a restaurant by her Maserati. Mina was still confused about the situation. We were having a hot pot and some drinks. Kaito and Auntie was having a blast. They were happy eating together meanwhile Hua was having a hard time feeding her girlfriend. Mina was staring at Kaito and Auntie for a while now as if she was a statue. She wasn't moving at all.

"Mina it's ok" Kaito tried to break the ice. Kaito grabbed a spoonful and fed Mina. Suddenly she moved and eat. I'm quite jealous though 😒 Then while Mina was chewing she burst in to tears. Everyone of us was shocked although it's quite funny. She was chewing while sobbing😂. "Auntie I'm sorry, Kaito I'm sorry" She said while crying. Auntie, Kaito and I were laughing at her while Hua was still having a hard time wiping Mina's tear.

"Don't cause a scene here" Hua whispered to her. "Yeah I'll try" She said while she was holding back her tears. She keeps on sniffing. "Kaito may I asked, Does that mean you are going with auntie?" I asked curiously. "No, but I will live full time in UK but we still keeping in touch" Auntie said. "Yeah and I'll move to the condo unit that Mom gave me" Kaito said.

Condo unit? Auntie was also surprised. "What condo?" Auntie asked. "Well you see I move out when I found out a receipt from Grunkle's cabinet that you bought it. I moved to an apartment where the landlord was freaking stingy." Kaito explained.
"Oh! What do you want me to do with that land lord then?" Auntie said. She was displaying her worriedness to her son. "Nothing, I already took care of it." Kaito said.

Kaito already told me what he did to the landlord a few days ago. He scared the land lord by making his apartment as a haunted house. The landlord peed on her pants when she got frightened. It was our secret only the two of us knew about it. "Let's visit Grunkle tomorrow Mom" Kaito said. "Are you sure about that?" Auntie asked. "Together we can surprise him. It's a good news for him right? He will be happy" Kaito said.

The day was too short for the mother and son. Auntie think of me as if I'm additional son to her. She said that I should take care of Kaito and don't leave him alone like what she did. She also asked Mina to keep an eye of Kaito for her. She said that she can protect Kaito unlike her. Seriously she keeps on degrading herself😅 Auntie is like Kaito sometimes.

A few days after, Kaito and I picked up Auntie. Together we drop her to the airport. As she was about to go Kaito couldn't help himself but to cry. As her mother entered the check in and waved for him. Kaito waved back at her saying goodbye. It wasn't the end for them although few days of bond is not enough to fill the 10 years gap.

As his mother entered the immigration and fade away from his eyes. He hugged me tightly and sob. He was so emotional that my shirt got wet from his tears. He knows that he can contact his mother but he cannot bond any longer. It was painful to him and to me also. "Don't worry we can visit UK in the future" I said. "Promised?" he asked. "Promise" I said.
