Perhaps she was going to regret it, perhaps she was thinking too fast into things, perhaps she was not considering how it would affect her future. It isn't even a sure thing that she and Lisa would end up together, so was this too rash of a decision?

Was she really going to risk everything for Lisa?

The day ended with Lisa sending the sisters home after Alice was done playing at the park.

The little girl was oblivious to her Unnie and Lisa's conversation but she loved Lisa and was excited to see her again the next time if she came.

Jennie and Lisa were both back to normal, they now know they had mutual feelings but didn't want to rush into it. They just decided to let time show them the way. If the chances of having something more was going to happen, then so be it.

Jennie decided to keep it from her family for now, and was seriously considering to break off the engagement, but just not now.

Well because, what's the point of getting married to a man who doesn't want to put effort in you? Jennie thought.

Those years with Kai were the complete opposite of him right now.

"So am I free to go home now?" Lisa asked from across the office.

"Nope, you still have five contract agreement meetings later in the afternoon." Jennie replied.

"Ugh, that sucks." Lisa whined.

Jennie chuckled as she glanced at the latter.

"It's alright, just get it over and done with."

"Damn, since when did you become the boss here?" She groaned.

"Since I had to get your lazy ass back in place so that your company doesn't go bankrupt."

The CEO side glared her secretary, but ended up smiling because she was also going to come for the meetings with her.

"Fine. So after my meetings, you wanna go watch a movie?"

"Like- like a date?" Jennie asked shyly.

"We can uh.. bring Alice too if you want?"

What kind of lame excuse is that? Lisa scolded herself internally. She was just feeling flustered when Jennie said 'date' that she didn't know how to answer.

"She's just going to be a hassle." She shook her head and laughed when she thought of her sister.

The last time she brought Alice to the movies, the kid spilled popcorn all over someone's head that was sitting in front of them out of excitement because there was a butterfly in one of the scenes. And the second-hand embarrassment didn't feel great at all.

"Let's just go, the two of us." The brunette suggested with a smile and Lisa did too.

After heading to five difference places just to sign the contracts, Lisa was worn out, but still drove them both to the movies as planned.

"You wanna hold my hand?" Lisa asked as she smiled at Jennie while putting out her palm. They were at the cinema buying tickets to a teen romance movie.

"Why are you always asking me whether I want to do this or that? The last time it was, 'do you wanna kiss me', and 'do you wanna go watch a movie'."

"It's called being a gentlewoman." Lisa grinned, "So do you wanna or not?" Reaching her palm out again, Jennie blushed before intertwining their hands together. Lisa couldn't really keep her blush in either.

They got popcorns, drinks and the tickets before strolling into the cinema together. It was dark, but they quickly found their seat. It was one right in the middle of the theatre, the best seats lucky for them.
