"Para ma kiss na kita pag umaga na" I said habang nakahiga na ako at siya naman ay pahiga nadin "goodnight" sabi ko akmang hahalik, pero hinarang niya palad niya "oh tama na, quota ka na eh" she said "sayang" sabi ko and she faced the other way. I woke up early to go to the office and check on things pero di ako makatayo naka yakap kasi sakin si Dawn. Iniisip ko kung gigisingin ko siya pero I thought of just replacing myself with a pillow nalang. So I slowly took her arms from me, man I want to hug her back kaso need na ako sa office.
"Hmmm kala ni Richard ang pogi niya" sabi habang nakapikit, i was laughing pero pinipigilan ko mag ingay "pogi talaga ako" i whispered while putting the pillow "in your dreams" sagot niya and na curious ako kung tulog ba talaga to so I stood there for 1 minute and nagsalita nanaman "pero crush ko siya dati" sabi niya and that made me smile even more. Ah so crush mo pala ako dati ha, I was happy to start my day kaya I took a shower and told manong Jun na mag momotor nalang ako papunta sa office since I'm feeling really good today.
"Ganda ng ngiti natin ngayon mayor ah" Max said and Nawala ako sa pagka tulala "ha?" I said "nako nako mukhang nadagdagan ba hickey ni Dawn" she joked. I'm fine with Max making jokes because I have a lax relationship with the people I'm working with "hindi no" I said and felt a little bit of heat "eh nag blublush ka mayor" she joked "bakit ka nga ba andito?" Sabi ko para di na ako asarin "yung sa sportsfest diba" "ahh oo, asan na ba si Allen nang mapagusapan na" sabi ko with a more serious tone now.
I think Max felt that its game time na kaya nagseryoso nadin siya "yun nga di ko din alam eh, can we start without him?" "Hayy, ano pa nga ba" "okay so yung sportsfest na plan ay hindi kaya next week" Max said "I understand kasi it's way too rushed, so what does the sponsors think?" I asked na medyo namromroblema "ayun nga eh si Allen makakasagot dapat.." "i'm here i'm here, sorry late ako" Allen said panting. We both looked at him "oh mukhang hingal na hingal ka" i curiously asked
"Kasi naman eh yung date ko kagabi" i didn't let him finish "nako Allen, work is work" "sorry" he said "ayun na nga going back" Max said "ay oo the sponsors said that they can't make it next week pero next next week kakayanin na, kasi we have to put out registrations doon sa mga events" he said "are we limiting the number of participants?" "Nasayo yun Richard, if you want it can be a free for all" " okay sige I will email you both later I ask ko pa si tito about this, thank you" umalis na silang dalawa sa opisina ko.
I still had a lot to work pero I know I can finish most of them earlier than usual kasi madami lang akong kailangan pirmahan at bantayan. How can I tell tito kaya na hindi aabot sa birthday niya ang gusto niyang pa sports fest even though it's a good idea dahil siya na daw bahala sa cash prize for the champions and of course Dawn designed the trophies. I can't help but smile at the thought of Dawn. Speaking of Dawn I decided to text her and this is a first we have each other's number pero pang emergency lang.

Aba ano siya boss pinagbabaan pa ako ng telepono, i looked at my watch 4pm that's exactly 1 hour from now eh nag eedit pa ako ng mga articles for the magazine. I would sometimes work in the garden pag magazine edits lang. "anak juice" mama said and sat down next to me "you're getting thinner" she said and touched my arms "ma naman you know I have a figure to keep" i joked "Dawn, it looks like you're working way more than you're supposed to" "why did you say that ma, hindi no" i smiled "anak yung ginagawa mo parang nag iiwasan kayo ni Richard" di ako makatingin sakanya "how so ma?" I faked a smile "kasi he leaves early tapos ikaw naman andito nga sa bahay trabaho mo pero parang whole day nasa sculpting room mo ikaw"
"Ma" i said and faced her "anak, if you're having problems just tell me" she said and held my hand "baka nag aadjust palang kami" "anak ang pag aadjust eh, getting to know each other hindi yung ganitong parang daan daanan kayo" she made me rest my head on her shoulders "we were talking about you guys nga eh even your papa and sila tito and tita mo they said na parang wala kayo time ni Richard sa isa't isa" she grabbed my chin "tapatin mo ako now na, may problem?" She said and stared at me intently. I was going to answer her but my phone rang again
"Wait ma si Richard" I said inayos ko lang sarili ko sa upuan pero don ko na siya kakausapin kainis naman to si mama eh na cocorner ako mapipilitan tuloy ako samahan to mamalengke. "Hey babe" i excitedly said shet nakakasuka "bakit naman masyado kang excited ha?" Nagtataka si Richard
"I was just hanging with mama, ikaw kamusta work?" "Ahhhh kaya pala HAHAHAHAAHAAH" he was laughing really hard. Nakakainis I have to act pa tuloy "see you in 20 mins love, mwuuuah" he said "hehehe okay see you mwuah" pakening hirap talaga mama was smiling dahil mukhang wala naman kaming problema ni Richard
