So true to his word Jonah talked to the boys and so were camping today. We packed everything we needed. We're at the campsite now setting up.
"We have been sleeping in a bus for a long time, isn't that close enough to camping." Zach complains.
"You're not even helping us." I say the rest of us are setting up the tents while he is just walking around pretending to do something. were setting up two tents one for me and one for the boys.
Once we were done me, Corbyn, and Zach cook while the rest set up the inside of the tents. When I said cook I mean set up the things for sandwiches.
"No Zach don't touch that!" I yell, grabbing it from him. He was playing with a weird camping survival thing.
"I know how to use it." Zach says grabbing it back from me.
"Well aren't you the best girl scout." Corbyn said to Zach. I grab the bread and open it.
"Ouch." Zach says.
"I told you." I say glancing over my shoulder at him.
"Ugh why are we out here?" Zach says coming behind me and throwing his arm over my shoulder. I dig my fingernails into my hand and set out other stuff.
"Well babe it's for fun." I say going to the side making his arm fall. "Ok guys come make yourself a sandwich." the boys walk over and start making there food.
"Wow interesting camping food." Daniel says as he walks over and puts his arm over my shoulder. What is the deal with these boys and doing that. Whatever I dig my fingers then go to get my own food making his arm fall. We all eat and talk.
"I think we should go hiking." I say after we're all done eating. Some agree others don't but we end up going anyway. We all bring water and snacks and we start hiking. It goes well for a while, key word while.
"Are you sure you know where we're going?" Jack asks Jonah.
"I'm pretty sure we've passed that tree like 4 times." Eben says.
"I know where i'm going." Jonah says leading the group forward.
"Ya sure." Eben says unbelieving.
We keep walking.
"I think we lost." I say looking around. Were in the middle of the woods. There are a few things that look like trails but it's confusing on what's the real main trail. Jonahs trying his best but Daniel took the map.
"That way." Daniel says Pointing another direction.
"Wait let me see." Zach says taking the map. "No that way." He points in the complete opposite and wrong direction.
"No Zach that can't be right." I look at the map from next to him. "It's upside down genius."
"Oh." He gives it back to Daniel. "Did you guys hear that she just called me a genius." He stops and points
"That was sarcasting." Jack says patting him on the shoulder then passing him.
"So what's for dinner?" Jack asks me putting his arm over my shoulder.
"With how this is going we will never get dinner." I say shaking off his arm and walking ahead.
We got lost for a while more. We all made a plan of who we sacrifice to the bear. I'm pretty sure there's no bears here. We also wrote a new song of us stuck in the woods. It was hilarious. I even got to add some. The boys sang it great, me on the other hand, I didn't sing so good. Well I guess i'll just leaving singing to the professionals. It was dark when we finally got there.
"Think they send a helicopter out to search for us?" Zach asks.
"Babe were at the end of the trail." I say. "Camp is about 30 feet away from us."
"We can get lost in 30 feet."
"Only you could."
"I know it's a serious problem."
