Far from sorrows and grief.
A place I can call my own,
Somewhere far alone.
In the midst of something new,
Find me somewhere blue.
Where happiness is all I feel,
And where pain is beneath my feet.
It sounds impossible,
Doesn't it?
It's hard to look for and even harder to stay at.
But searching one doesn't harm,
So let's find it somewhere.
I look in your eyes and find it for me,
But doubt crosses your mind.
Your soul seems empty and far away from mine.
It's sad to see the frown set in,
But forgive me for I have sinned.
For wanting more in the land of love,
The land where hearts are broken and some are healed.
Take me far away from this world of grief,
