Error and I, alone in a room. Nightmare doing paperwork and the rest of the Gang sleeping.. God, why was my mind wandering so much?

"Hey, do you.. like cats?"

"Yeah, I like cats, why?"

"..I have one."

"You do?!"

Error looked down and put his hands in his pockets.

"Mhm."

"You look embarrassed~! I would've thought Nightmare wouldn't allow people to have pets."

"..He doesn't. Not in the castle anyway, she's not allowed in here."

"Please tell me she doesn't live in the Anti-void."

"I.. I mean, I don't keep her in the Anti-void but every so often I take her there.."

"That could be really bad for her, you know that right?"

"Yeah, yeah I know. I wanted to move her in here but Nightmare had a fit over it and forced me to send her back to Outertale."

"So she's in Outertale right now?"

"Yeah, she is~!"

"Hey, I might've seen her around before when I was stalking ya~!"

"Stalkin' me?"

Error looked at me.

"Stalking you~!"

"Hmm, I'll let you get away with it for now but only because I can tolerate you."

"Only because you can tolerate me?"

"Would it be for any other reason?"

"Maybe~!"

"Stop that, now."

"Aww, alright!"

"We were talking about my cat."

"Yeah, I might've seen her around! Fully black cat with purple eyes?"

"No, that's not her. Although.. I have never seen that cat in Outertale before.."

"Huh? Why would you have seen it? You just stay near that one cliff every time you go there sooo.. if it was in the town you wouldn't have noticed."

"The character files, they're usually registered there. I like to check the profiles of all the cats to make sure they're healthy and shit like that."

"Wow, caring for animals~? I'm shocked!"

"Wow, being a twat~? I'm not so shocked!"

"Hey! There's no need to be rude!"

"Uh huh.."

"You're so mean sometimes~!"

"Can we keep talking about my cat?"

"I'm going to assume you rarely get to talk about her to other people?"

"Maybe.."

"Aww, that's so cute! Hey, if your cat is in Outertale why can't you introduce me to her?"

"Dream and Blue are on guard, if we go now they may notice and if they know she means a lot to me they might.. nevermind, it's not important."

There was silence between Error and I for a few seconds.

"Bring her here."
