Trying to take a breath after crying so much Kathy takes the Advil her sister left for her on the dark wooded nightstand next to her bed. Thankful for the pills Kathy curls back up wishing their was medicine you could take for heartache.

Mandy Rochelle fiercely yells at her daughter from downstairs, "Kathrine that's enough get out of bed, get that stupid boy out of your head, and do something useful with your life."

"Mother! Stop just for once just stop and leave me alone!" Kathy cries out.

Kathy's mom puts the last dish to dry, "I never did like that boy I knew from the start he was going to hurt you."

"Mom let it go, keep your comments to yourself and be quiet please. You can mumble under your breath all you want I don't care just let me be."

I wish I could understand why he left me, I hate being so vulnerable but this is how he has left me. I thought we were going to be together forever, but I guess when they say a girls definition of forever is different from a guys they really meant it. All I want is to know what happened where did we go wrong? Did I do something, I hate not knowing. I can't believe he did this to me after he promised he would never hurt me. I hate him.

"Okay you can take the blindfold off we're here." Nathan announces.

Kathy takes off the blindfold and gasps at the view in front of her, "Oh Nathan this is incredible." Kathy looks at the amazing set up in front of her. They were on the football field with a picnic set up in front of them with a bunch of wide space and it looked incredible. "You're the cheesiest guy I've ever known I love you." Kathy turns around and gives Nathan a passionate kiss and embraces him.

"Happy birthday love, let's eat shall we?" Nathan leads her to sit on the black and white blanket.

After they finished their lunch and before they had to go back in Nathan takes a box out of his back pack. "I love you Kathy and I know we're going to be together for a really long time and this is a way for me to declare my love for you." Nathan opens out and takes out a sparkling white gold bracelet with FOREVER & ALWAYS engraved on it.

Present time...

"Knock, Knock hey Kat can I come in?" Robyn pokes her head through the door.

Wiping away a few tears Kathy nods her head.

Robyn tries to hold in a gasp when she takes in Kathy's appearance. The usually well dressed, fun, loving, bright spirited, 22 year old had totally transformed in a little less than seven weeks. Kathy's pale skin was red and blotchy from all the crying, her eyes are no longer bright blue but a dark gray and you can just see the brokenness reflected in them. She wore no make up and was in an old torn t-shirt and sweats. Her hair was a bit greasy, as well as her normally clean face. Robyn knew immediately she needed to get her out of here.

Robyn lays beside Kathy and givers her a hug immediately Kathy starts to cry and Robyn begins to rub her back trying to comfort her best friend as best as she can.

"I don't understand what I did wrong...I don't know what to say...I just don't know what I'm going to do without him. I've never been a needy girl but he treated me so right and always pampered me and now he's gone. I hate feeling like this my hearts breaking and he can't fix it." Kathy sniffles. Reaching for a tissue she wipes her tears off her cheek. "I feel so useless my hearts so damaged I don't know if I can ever move on. I'm so sick and tired of crying over him its so annoying but I cant stop thinking about everything we used to do...I still love him. How pathetic can I be? I should have never trusted him I'm so stupid."

"It's going to be okay Kat. You're not stupid okay you'll forget about him."

"How Robyn? He was my everything I don't think I can ever get over him, he was my first love."

"There's something you should know..."
