We get back from Jordan and Bear's elimination and I am still in a funk about the whole Christian thing. I also feel like my elimination win was not really a win because I had an advantage over Jordan and got him hurt in the process. Before Jordan left, I had asked him if I should tell the house my true identity and he told me to do what my heart says. My heart is telling me that I need to wait to tell everyone because I am tired of lying to people I like and don't want to burden my allies with my secret.
In the bunker, I have noticed two factions forming outside of the Uprising and it is not looking good for me because guess who is in the middle: Me! We have Team Josh vs Team Wes. Team Josh consists of Josh, Kailah, Nany, Jenna, Jenny, Cory, and Nelson and Team Wes includes Wes, Dee, Rogan, Mattie, Bayleigh, and Swaggy with the rest of us either in the middle or not involved at all. I am worried that Josh will use his emotions in a bad way and jeopardize my plan for us in the season.
I am sitting in the lounge room with Dee and Rogan when the topic of the next women's elimination day comes up. This is a good time to see where these two are in terms of the game because I do not know where they are right now. Dee wants to throw in Jenny and use Rogan to do so but Rogan turns down Dee and says that this would be strategic implosion if he chooses to go with Dee over Jenny. It is no secret to anyone in this house that Dee and Rogan are not on the best of terms and I have a feeling Rogan will use this to fuel his vendetta against Dee.
Anyone with a brain knows what Rogan is doing and Dee is too focused on being the villain that she is overlooking the biggest threat to her game: Rogan. I know I said I was going against Rogan all pre-season and even up to this point, but if working with him means getting rid of Dee, then I am cool with that. When Dee leaves the room, Rogan and I stay in the room to chat and I bring up what Dee just told us.
Syn: I did not expect that from her.
Rogan: I kinda did because she is influenced by Wes.
Syn: If you notice, a lot of people here are. Look at Bayleigh, Swaggy, and Mattie. All three of them are playing the same strategy, which is to lay low, observe, and gain information. Guess who also is conveniently play that strategy?
Rogan: That bastard! What do we do about Dee and Wes?
Syn: We can't hurt Dee now, but we can do it later.
Rogan: How are we going to do that?
Syn: When it is the next guy's elimination day, if either one of us gets into the Tribunal, we either bring the other into the Tribunal or we vote in Wes.
Rogan: You think now is the time?
Syn: Yes. Wes is way too comfortable. Plus, he will choose The Holy Trinity, Swaggy, Bayleigh, Mattie, Dee, and even Kyle over us two.
We decide to go to be and prepare for the next challenge. We arrive at the challenge site and by the looks of the challenge, I do not think Big T will be able to compete. In fact, TJ tells her that due to the injuries she has suffered this season, she is not medically cleared to compete so she is removed from the game. Kyle, Melissa, and I hug her and wish her speedy recovery. I get a little teary eyed because I know how badly she wanted to prove herself and now she won't get the chance to do it this season. I pray to the Challenge gods that she is allowed back on when she fully recovers.
We are split into teams of four and five and... I don't really know how to feel about the challenge. Jenna is acting like she wants to go home and Kailah is miserable now that Bear is gone from the competition. I know that they have ruffled the feathers of the other remaining girls besides Nany and even she is not thrilled to have to deal with their problems 24/7. I feel bad for Nany and know I could be doing more to help her, but my goal with the whole Uprising thing is to have people vote for who they want but work together to achieve a common goal: make it to the end and not let the other vets win.
