After Mattie is eliminated, right away the vibe of the house has changed. It is clear who is working with who and what people are on what sides. What is funny to me is that the other side still thinks I am with them since right when Mattie lost, Nany told me that we need to stick together or else the others will get us out. I see Bayleigh and Swaggy being all lovey dovey and Nany and Aneesa are celebrating with DN and Josh and now I see what they decided. I pull Melissa aside to discuss why I did what I did.

Melissa: What the hell happened?

Syn: I was approached earlier with a proposition that I could not refuse. I needed to get Mattie out and when Josh approached me to shake up the game and mess with DN, I had to. I get you two are friends, but this is the same girl that dumped me as a friend on national television and made me look like an idiot.

Melissa: She's my friend and while I understand why you are mad, I am mad that I was lied to.

Syn: You think I wanted to lie to you?

Melissa: Well, you are from Big Brother.

Syn: I cannot believe this! I make one move without telling you, one move for myself and you treat me like everyone else does? I guess you're right. I'm just some deceitful dick from Big Brother. I will just stay to myself.

Melissa: Syn, you know I did not say that.

Syn: You didn't have to. I can tell. I try to make friends with people and nearly everyone of them but Jenny has turned their backs on me. Maybe it would be better if I was just alone.

Melissa: Stop saying that.

Syn: It's whatever. I gotta go. For what it's worth, I wanted to tell you but Josh told me not to and I thought it would hurt your feelings if I told you and you said not to do it.

Melissa: Brett...

I walk away and go to bed because I am tired both physically and emotionally. I am woken up early by Fessy and told to go to the music room. I grab my banana and granola bar and head to the music room and go to sit down at the piano when Mel comes into the room and hands me a phone.

Syn: What's this Mel?

Mel: Well, your agent is on the phone.

Syn: Ok. What does she want?

Mel: I don't know.

Syn: Ok. Thank you. Can you make sure no one comes in here?

Mel: Sure.

Syn: Thanks.

Mel: You bet.

Mel leaves and I put the phone to my ear.

Syn: Hello?

Nicole: Brett! How are you doing?

Syn: Not great honestly. I'm still here and have made it this far, but all of my friends have turned on me except Fessy, Jenny, and Kaycee.

Nicole: I'm sorry to hear that babe. I have some news that might cheer you up. Remember that audition you had before you left?

Syn: You mean for the Flash?

Nicole: Yeah. Well, they would like to know if you could do a screen test with Grant Gustin and Candice Patton as well as a singing test in front of everyone.

Syn: Of course. When would it be?

Nicole: You would have to leave tonight and would not be back for two days.
