Rochester is a city in New York. Definitely not as popular as NYC, Amsterdam, or even Syracuse but I thought it would be fun to draw her.

Statistically Rochester makes the most sense as a female because according to the NY Census there are more females than males living there. She has a lilac in her hair and a lilac purple dress representing the lilac festival held every year.
Apparently Rochester has a more recent flag but it's boring and the one I used looked more official.
