New York City, as Foster called it, was amazing. The buildings were taller than anything I had ever seen, and the streets were filled with people and food. On some of the building were giants screens that looked like over-sized human TV's.

It was snowing, and we were wall wearing short sleeves. "We need to find Dex an ATM so he can get us human money." Foster said and then Fitz groaned. "Guys, what are we going to do about Biana?" Fitz asked and we all turned to her, she was vanishing every couple seconds. "I brought elixirs for that, but we need to get a hotel first. Lets look around for some." Foster said and we all followed her. The streets were loud and busy, boxes on spinning circles went by us in the road.

"What are those?" Lihn asked and Sophie, Dex, and Fitz all answered at the same times. "Cars." They said in synchronization. We walked down the street, well, on the side of the street which Foster called a 'sidewalk', and we got to a very fancy looking building that we entered through spinning doors. The main room of this building was huge and covered in marble and velvet. "There!" Sophie said and we all ran over to a small machine that said 'ATM'.

"What do we do now?" Biana asked and Dex smirked then pushed a bunch of buttons. We stood there as seven cards came out of the machine, each with our names on it. "I got 4 1 million on each card, that should be enough. Right Sophie?" Dex asked and Foster nodded.

"Jesus Christ." She muttered, the put her card in her pocket and handed us the ones with our names on it.

"it's like buying stuff in the lost cities, this is called a debit card, but just treat it like a money cube." Foster explained and lead us over to a counter where a tall human stood behind.

"We need three suites, two with two rooms and one with three. Luxury please." Sophie said and the man looked at her. "For how long?" He questioned and looked at all of us, Lihn stepped in front of Biana to hide her vanishing. "Three nights." Foster said.

"Okay." The man said and Sophie smiled as she handed him a card. "Thank you. When will our rooms be ready?" Foster asked.

"Right now. Rooms 35B, 36B, and 37C on the eighth floor." The man told her, then gave her the card and three little pouches that held cards in it. Foster thanked him and we backed away from the counter.

"Okay, I didn't understand any of that, but can we get to the rooms, people are staring." I said and Foster nodded. "Yes, follow me." She said and we followed into a tiny room with doors that automatically closed.

Sophie pressed the button '8' on the wall and the room started moving. "Oh my god!" Lihn exclaimed and held onto Biana who seemed very scared. Tam grabbed the wall and looked to Foster.

"What the hell is happening?" I asked and Foster chuckled. "It's an elevator, doofus." Fitz said and Dex jumped up and down, making the room shake and the girls scream.

"It will get us to the floor we need, its kind of like electric stairs." Foster explained. The room dinged and stopped moving, then the doors opened and we were on a different floor of the building.

"Woah." I said and Foster smirked. We all got off of the 'elevator' and followed Foster down the hall. "Here we are. Okay, I'm sure this will end up changing but for right now Fitz and Tam are in this suite, there are two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen.

Your room number is 35B, and these are your cards." Foster said. She took one card out of the little pouch, and held it up to a sensor, then the light on the sensor turned green. Sophie opened the door and then gave Fitz and Tam their own room opening cards. "Meet me down the hall in room 37B when you're all settled." Foster said and Tam nodded. "Thanks" Fitz said and then the two boys walked into the room, closing the door behind them.
