It was a glorious morning and a pack of hyenas, and lionesses were scouring a stream for food to bring back for their clan. "I'm getting tired and I haven't seen a thing" one hyena said, "no we-" a lioness said before spotting a group of washed up animals. 5 lions, 2 cheetahs, a hippo, a egret, a eagle, and a honey badger. "Let's take them back to Kovu, Vitani, Janja, and Jasiri" a hyena said and the others agreed and put the animals on their backs and it took longer to drag to the hippo.
When they reached a large area, a frown Lion with a black mane, a male hyena, a lioness, and a female hyena exited a cave overlooking the area and saw the animals walk towards them. "Hello hunters what food have you brought today?" Kovu said walking down the path and walking up to them. "We found them washed ashore. Thought you would be interested" a lioness said tossing them in front of Kovu. Kovu looked at them and immediately recognized one of them, "Kiara?" He said and walked up to her and nudged her. She didn't respond and Jasiri and Janja walked up to Kovu. "We need to get them to the healer before they die" Jasiri said looking at their shallow and slow breath rate.
"Yes my leader" the group said and took them to the healers cave to heal them, "why was the Guard, the Queen, a cheetah, eagle, and Kiara here but not Simba?" Kovu said to the hyena couple and his sister. "I don't know but I don't like it" Jasiri said.
There you have it. The final chapter to this book, so sorry this is short but I couldn't find a way to make this longer. Anyway hope you loved this book like I did and I'll see you later.
